MUSIC FEATURE DOESN'T WORK W MAC

The Fitbit Connect app for MAC does not support or see the Versa on WiFi. Spent over 36 hours trying to get answers/figure it out, to no avail. Rest of the tracker is fine....but not worth the money if you're looking to sync music from MAC.
