I have had my versa for about 2 weeks. It is easy to use, easy to learn new features, easy to charge battery. I previously have had the blaze and the surge. Versa is far superior to either.

This is the best fitness watch on the market. I've owned a apple watch and Samsung. But nothing beats the fitbit versa. You get easily 3 days battery life and notification.

I had a less than wonderful experience using the Fitbit Charge (and having it replaced twice), but the Versa is great! Love the customization options, the battery life, and ease of use.

Fitbit has some work to do

First, I had to return the first one because it randomly quite counting steps or showing heart rate. Next, discovered Fitbit company will not allow BestBuy to offer any kind of warranty, so if you're past your 14 day return time, you're out of luck. The second one works better but I have to reboot occasionally. I don't see much difference in the new Versa compared to my 5 year old Fitbit for basic data, but I haven't tried music download or the Starbucks pay feature. Looks nice!

My mom wanted an Apple Watch to track her fitness but I felt that these do a better job. Great design and does exactly what it’s suppose to(along with a few other nice features)

I was so torn between the Apple Watch and the Fitbit. I hated spending all that money for the Apple so I weighed my like and dislikes and started asking myself what I really wanted a sports watch for. I know the Apple is loaded with apps but I asked myself how many of those apps would I really use? FB? No. Calendar? No. I wanted a sports watch for just that reason. To keep good count of my steps and keep track of my heart rate. Love the virtual coaches, as well! I love my Fitbit Versa. Love the fact that it is so right on about everything from how long I slept to my heart rate. I would buy again......in a heart beat!

I tried giving this product 2 stars but it automatically gave it 3. I loved this item for the month it worked. A $200 item should have a longer lifespan. After doing research, I found this is a common problem. I haven’t contacted customer service as yet, but from what I have read they will work with you. However, I feel that I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a $200 item I used for 30 days. I preferred this item over an Apple Watch but I will stick what works. APPLE.

I bought the Versa to replace my older model FitBit. I love this thing. It is compact has a nice display and works flawlessly. I took it swimming for the first time and the lap count feature is very accurate. I have taken advantage of all the new features but so far I am completely satisfied with the performance of the watch/fitness tracker. The only complaint I had is the wrist band. It is a little stiff. It is also difficult to get off and on. I purchased an aftermarket silicon based wrist band and is a great improvement to comfort and fit. They are cheap, between $8 to $10 and very much worth the purchase.

Bought this to go running without my phone since you can load lots of music. So far so good. Battery lasts long. Strap feels cheap though and rubs against skin.
