I was worried it would not be compatible with her phone since the Fitbit site did not list her LG G6 as being compatible with the Fitbit. Best Buy associate ashured me if there was any issues the product can be returned so I made the purchase. The product works exactly as it is meant to and was completely compatible and had no issues with her phone. she is very happy with the purchase and it has met all her needs
