Better watch, keeps charge longer and seems to be more accurate than the Blaze with stats. Love it.

my kid wanted a smart watch, but i didn't want to be out a crap load of money if he broke it.

Was looking forward to upgrading my Charge 2 which I've been very satisfied with to the Versa to track indoor pool swim laps and have a watch while swimming. I couldn't get the weather city to work and was told by Fitbit my Samsung Note 8 wasn't compatible.....? Then Best Buy advised I couldn't add the Best Buy Warranty because Fitbit would be handling their own warranty (I guess you can't bring in locally for help, but must mail and wait?) That's not customer service to me. Additionally I've read reviews that Fitbit refused returns on water issues because the watch could have been dropped or used in too deep....... as it is only water resistant. That was it for me, I returned it because I need a waterproof watch with a good warranty. Still looking, meanwhile my Charge 2 will have to do....So disappointed because the Versa "looked" like it would fit the bill for me....

Love! I love it for steps and workouts! Love the display! And only have to charge it every 2 days.

Better than the Blaze, but I am concerned that they no longer offer the 2 year extended warranty

Love the sleek look, great battery life. Does leave a mark on my arm like previous fitbits.

This fitness tracker has excellent features and graphics. It holds a charge for about three days.

i bought this for my wife due to its slim and low profile. It looked good on her. She doesn't wear watches so I thought this would be alternative smartwatch over the larger profile Samsung Galaxy Watch. Having a Samsung Frontier myself I could tell what features she was missing. Ended up returning an getting the Galaxy Watch for her. The Versa is Great for what it is, a Fitness Tracker.

I had a fitbit charger 2 for 2 years and it worked pretty well until the last 6 months. It stopped recognizing my workouts When I purchased this new versa I was excited to have something that would work again but I was wrong. the 1st couple workouts it logged my elliptical workout as walking and for only 10 minutes. After that it didn't recognize that I even did the elliptical. I then started comparing my heart rate on fitbit compared to the machine every couple of minutes at the start of the workout and they were pretty similar but after 10 minutes in I notice once I got sweaty it stopped ready my heart rate (aren't we suppose to get sweaty?). If I could maneuver a towel under the watch to wipe my skin then maybe I'll get a ready of 80-90 while the machine is reading 150. I've restarted the Versa a few times along with placing the Versa on different parts of my wrist/lower arm So far the Versa works well receiving text and sending quick replies and as an alarm but I wished it worked well for what it was originally designed for

I love how long the battery lasts. I can easily get a few days between charges.

This watch is a great upgrade from my last fitbit. And the battery life is awesome.

Good for beginners. Easy to read. Tracks heart rate & sleep patterns.

I use it everyday and it keeps me more active. I really like that it tracks your sleep.

I bought this for myself and I LOVE IT....in the past I have bought directly from Fitbit....never again, nothing but problems starting with every watch (2) purchased directly from Fitbit arrived defective, I had to return after 8 weeks waiting but never received replacements before I simply requested refunds for items, then went to Best Buy and no problems at all....ALWAYS BUY FROM BEST BUY! :)

This is my second Fitbit product, and I kind of wish I'd gone with something else. The Fitbit Charge I used to own was always difficult to sync with my iPhone. Now, my new Versa, is the same way - it's a pain to sync. Fitbit support always suggests the same things: On your phone turn of bluetooth then turn it on again. If that doesn't work turn your phone off and on again. My answer to that is no. I shouldn't have to do that several times a week. Another suggestion is to move it away from other bluetooth items... in this day and age that would mean a trip to the middle of the desert. I love my Versa -- when it works. But Fitbit really needs to address the syncing issue that they've always had. You can take a quick look at the support forums and see what a widespread problem it is covering all of their products. This will be my last Fitbit purchase.

You can see texts and incoming calls as well as accurate sleep tracking. I love my Versa so much!

My father loves the watch, it is easy to use and he relies on it constantly.
