Gave me a rash

The watch has a mechanism in the inside of the face of the watch to help capture heart rate, etc. When I wore this watch it broke my wrist out in a rash from the heat of the inside of the watch. Based on the rash, I eventually returned this watch.

Great fitness tracker with one huge flaw

It looks neat and offers more advanced features than basic Alta. The only problem is that it only lasts for about 18 hours!! So i couldn't monitor my sleep which defies one of the purposes of this gadget. I contacted their customer support and they advised me to move the charger to a different plug with a stronger power supply and turn off a few features in order to extend my battery life. I followed all the directions but still didn't make a difference. Disappointed!
