I plan on returning this watch. The tracker does not play the Pandora station all the time. It took many tries to get the station downloaded. I thought I had it working. One night after charging all the stations are again deleted. For the price point it just doesn't live up to it.

I wish I had bought a Charge 3....disappointed....

I can’t believe I bought this just a few months ago. I didn’t have it long before it literally died. I prefer an Apple Watch anyway but I can’t believe it didn’t even last a year.

I love the fit and finish of this smartwatch. I ended up returning it only because it does not have as widely of an accepted payment system as the Samsung smart watches. I did not feel like it was accurately counting my steps either it would count steps as I'm driving.

took over three hours t have a Geek Squad Rep find a watch that would link up to my Samsung 8 phone or my new laptop with Windows 10. You'd think the programmers at Fit Bit would be knowledge enough to make all new phones and computers compatible to the newest Fit Bit Watch.

It will show up on the phone but nothing else. Couldn't get it to work, geeksquad tried to avail, switched it out and still nothing. Returned it and got my $ back. My father had the same problem. It would never operate.

I have had this for less than four months and it has stopped working properly. The Fitbit Versa has not been wet and now only shows the start screen. I have tried all the fixes that was suggested and still no change. Too much money for something that doesn’t last

I received this Fitbit watch on December 04, 2018 for my daughter. Beautiful purple special edition. The face came off. I am very disappointment in this watch. No replacement policy therefore I could not purchase replacement insurance on this product.

This watch serves my needs for the time being.....

so maybe this thing works good for some things, but for an accurate number of steps it is horrible. I wanted it so bad and it constantly counts steps u don't take. I am so disappointed and it makes me not wanna use it at all.

This was an upgrade for me from an older model fit bit. I had very minimal issues with it connecting to my phone. This product on the other hand had HORRIBLE connection issues. I returned it after 2 days as it was not worth the money i spent on it

It's good but that's about it the battery decent..

Bought for the wife to use as a smart watch and fitness tracker. Would not pair well with Samsung phones. Really not a good smart watch just more of a fitness tracker. Hopefully newer versions have improved.

This broke one year to the day that I bought it. The face just flipped out for no reason. Disappointed because I thought I bought the better of all of them,

I upgraded from the Fitbit HR just so I can go for a run without taking my phone. I have the Apple Airpods. They connect just fine until you start to run and then the music stops. Don’t waste your money. Fitbit customer service is also very poor.

While I enjoyed the reminders to walk every hour, the heart monitoring, and sleep tracking, I found the steps were inconsistent and the watch overall not worth the price. I returned after a week and went with the galaxy active watch.

After 13 months the watch no charge anymore, I saw various videos in youtube with same problem. I change the charger, but still not working. I lost my investment!!

This item computes sleep hours and stages when you are not even wearing it and on the charger. I am also getting steps when watch has been sitting on counter top charging overnight

I love the Fitbit Versa, but the special edition band in charcoal and lavender was a bit itchy and scratchy. I wish that it wasnt because i loved the NFC feature. But, i returned it for the regular and I love the watch still!
