I bought this because my daughter does not have a phone. That is the only reason I didn't get her an Apple Watch. My advice? This item is garbage. It is an overpriced pedometer that does little else

This watch crashed and no one wants to take it back I would not recommend this and if Fitbit doesn't get better I will not be recommending any of there products

First one died (3 months) from a bad firmware. Next two died after charging to 100%. Apparently, this is a huge issue. Just goes to black screen. I've warrantied...but when it runs out... I know it won't last.

I've never seen a Watch break down every day. The last thing I did was break it. I've almost twice swapped it out at the manufacturer. I don't advise anyone to buy it.

Disappointed, it counts that I walk 22 stairs floors while I was sleeping, then while I drive counts stairs floor and steps, so I took it off from my wrist, but is still counting!. Hope I can still return it.

After a month of having this watch the battery is draining from full to 0% within 4 hours. The display isn't showing either. I'm going to take it in. If they fix it I will give it a higher rating.

Dont waste your money. I've had nothing but trouble with this device. Have had to restart is multiple times and now its freaking out wont let me enter my passcode somethings wrong with the touch screen.

I have went through 2 of these. A month ago 2nd one stopped working. Going to call the company. I have an Android phone it paired great with.

I exchanged it the first time thinking it was defective. The new one didn’t work with text and calls either. So basically it’s just for steps. Sometimes those don’t even register.

Hard to set up. Would not count steps or miles walked correctly. Worked with Fitbit but not much help. Set up the Versa twice but didn't help. Returned it and bought a Charge 3.

The watch face exploded on my wife's wrist. Though Fitbit has offered to replace the watch through our warranty it seems a bit dangerous.

I bought the watch in December for a Christmas gift. the watch wasn't used until February and after a few uses it isn't charging anymore.

My husband is a truck driver and wanted to count his steps. But driving had too much arm movement and did not count his steps accurately.

Don’t buy it. It doesn’t work, after a few months it stops working. With no way of replacing and Fitbit customer service doesn’t care.

Cheap garbage breaks all the tome of it wasn't for best buy geek squad replacements I'd be lost

Won't sync to app. So all the functions your suppose to have do not work. I'm really disappointed with fitbit.will not buy another one

It’s not worth it. 200 bucks for this product is such a waste. Fitbit can never compete with apple watch. It’s the best.

Has a year warranty and broke 2 months after that. Wouldn’t even turn on anymore. Trash

This was great...while it worked. It dies for no reason at all. Way too expesive for what you get.
