I had the Charge 2 but the Versa looked super cool and useful. I love it. The screen is great and I love that it’s water proof.

I have had this for months now and it still holds a great charge. It tracks very well and has many settings to personalize

Bought this watch for my girlfriend for christmas and she loves it. Has really great features and a steal for the price.

First off, need to give the customer a little more time to put out an email request for a review, especially around the holidays when the purchases can be a gift - putting it out too soon does not give those looking at the reviews a fair review of the product. Anything purchased should work for the first couple days. Having said that...especially today I am quite disappointed with the Syncing feature of the Versa. I have an iPhone 6+. And some days the Versa syncs great, and days like today when I am off work, it would be nice to see immediate syncing on my phone. But it is hit or miss when the Versa will Sync right. It says it is synching, but continually stays stuck. Please, please no one tell me to reboot - as of course I have done that - rebooted everything - the Versa, the phone and the wireless. It is just frustrating to pay so much money for something and to have to deal with this. So, it may go back. It's been a few hours now I cannot get it to sync and that loss of time and functionality is definitely not acceptable especially for the price to the consumer on the fitness watches!

I love my FitBit Versa! It tracks data accurately, and it fits comfortably on my wrist!

My wife bought this in 2018. Worked great for 2.5 years (This was the first version of the versa). This started getting orange lines on the screen last couple months which is apparently common on these from what I researched. Troubleshooting steps did not fix it. But, this device was wonderful for her overall, so we purchased the newer version last month. Her phone is a oneplus android and works great with it.

great camera... i bought it on sale too. very easy to use and the battery lasts longer than the apple watch

This is my 3rd Fitbit watch in 5yrs. Ive had Charge HR, Ionic and now Versa... While they were all wonderful while I owned them, I find this Versa my favorite. the only thing thats different than my Ionic, is that it doesnt have GPS. I do miss the GPS while I take hikes, and ride my bike. This watch is my favorite because it is more sleek. Otherwise no different than my Ionic except for the size and shape. LOVE them BOTH

I've managed to kill two Fitbits before this one, and while it's still mildly glitchy, it's going strong after 6 months at least. It does a fairly accurate job on step count, and is great for HR and sleep tracking. For reasons unknown, it'll light up at random, and then inevitably when I lift my arm wanting it to light up, it doesn't. Also, I love the special edition fabric band. Loads better than the standard plastic-y ones.

Helps me keep fit by monitoring all my moves and notifies me when I miss my activity which keeps me on track and fit.

Before Christmas, I knew I needed to pick out Smart Watch for gift. With so many now available, and no preference given, I had to find nice one, with some specific features requested. Help at Best Buy was great! Told them what I was looking for, this was recommended, and it worked out perfect! In fact, setup was easy, viewing Data is simple enough for ‘non-tech savvy’ recipient, and they couldn’t be more happy with this great device!!!

Great smart watch! I love The coach app and the fact that it is waterproof. Hoping they add more banks to the wallet app.

Love the color and it light weight. Have odd shape wrist, so either too tight or too loose. Have problem with all watches

My fiancé loves this watch. Helps her keep track of everything while she works and goes to the gym. Very versatile

I switch from a I-watch to the Versa and luv it. Perfect for what it has, the look is sleek and battery last long.

My wife loves the NFC payment flexibility. Battery life is longer than expected. No issues with syncing to her smartphone.

This is an upgrade from the Charge 2. It is more stylish for work, but still gets the job done.

And she loves it, I have played with it a few, and the interface is very easy to use. Good battery life on this smart watch
