This is my first Fitbit. I'm happy with it so far. I shower 1-2 times daily (before going to bed and after working out at the gym) and wash my hands often, yet the band gets stinky really quick. I don't wear the Fitbit in the shower. I wash the band every 3-4 days with soap and water. I, also, disassemble and threw the pieces in a PhoneSoap sanitizer machine often.

Bought this for my wife, battery lasts a lot longer than the Apple Watch. She likes it so far.

I have a lot of health issues that require me to keep track of everything! This Versa does the trick. It does take a little getting use to in order to figure out what all it does, but once you do it becomes the perfect accessory. I love being able to track my sleep, calories, water intake and much more. This Versa is very stylish and I get constant compliments on the lavendar band and rose gold accents.

I use it on a daily basis to track my steps and heart rate. Love being able to change face look

I love the Versa and convinced several to buy. I think it came on the market too soon, the bugs are not worked out like steps not syncing, per day requirements not syncing, battery charger died within a year... I think it was great competition for Apple watch but very disappointed about the bugs.

Even with help from younger people, it took quite a bit of tech support to get it coordinated with my computer and phone. I am still not utilizing all functions. The function for counting calories is limited and takes a lot of time to record everything. also, counting steps does not include steps when you are on a NuStep machine.

It's been a great purchase so far.. Best thing about Versa is it's smartphone connection and cool watch faces while also giving great tracking and insights into your activity. Plus Fitbit has a large suite of apps that you can integrate it with and it also provides a competitive environment where you can compete vs your friends every day on activity.

I had an apple watch that broke, but I replaced it with a fitbit because of cost. I have come to realize that the fitbit does everything I want in a watch and I don't care about having access to email or easy texting on a watch. The sleep tracking is valuable but can also drive you crazy because it is unclear about how accurate it is.

Had the Charge 9 which didn't work. Switched to Versa. Does so many things and holds charge.

It takes a minute to set up,but it's a good little product.2 mints in it just froze,I had to call customer service.They reset it.Recently it kept vibrating and blinking,I tried everything.Finally called and because I was still under a year,the replaced my Fit Bit face.Only that.They say maybe it got too wet????It's waterproof!!!It arrived in 2days.Pleased.But I have me reservations about waterproof.
