Bought this for my wife. Having purchased Pebble watches for myself in the past and being a fan of them, this watch definitely gives a Pebble-like vibe. Simple to use from what I can see with a nice look and provides enough features to make the purchase worthwhile.

I have purchased most of the fitbit watches and this one is the closest that looks like the apple watch. The OS is the same as the other watches, no improvement there. Only downfall is Best buy will no longer have the additional warranty that you can purchase. Wearable technology is bound to break.

I upgraded to the Versa about a month ago and I love it, it does need charged about every 4 days, when you are using it for notifications, and to track workouts. I love that feature as well. I had a the Charge HR previously and that model would lose my heartrate alot and this one does not. Great Product!

I love the versa because it's encouraged me to get up and move more, but on the other hand I'm not particularly satisfied by some of the features. The payment with near field communication seems to work great and even notifies me when I'm near a device that will accept it. This had been news to quite a few cashiers over last month. However the GPS, when paired to my phone to record runs outside, constantly seems to connect and disconnect and has even caused the Fitbit to restart itself randomly in the middle of my exercise and me not even know so I've lost data which would have been very helpful to have. The device also seems to randomly restart itself. I'm wondering if maybe I got a defective device.

Really like this watch. Excited about not having to have phone to listen to music..downfall seems like you need the watch close to the earplugs. Also need to charge every other day, probably bc of the apps. But I do like all these features.

Great watch but the update gave me charging and sync issues with my note 10..luckily I was still in the on year warranty..after various email to fitbit about issue..the family sent me a brand new one..with a charger minus the band

Pre-ordered this to replace my blaze. Definitely worth the money. Love that I can change the clock face to so many different ones depending on what I am wearing or what I want to track that day. Love that Fitbit coach and weather is built in. Haven't used the payment option yet but a good feature to have.

This is an upgrade to my previous Fitbit and I really like it. Some challenge using the Apps. but I bought it for time and steps anyway. There are limited choices for the watchface that don't cost extra which was a drawback for me.

The watch itself was nicely designed. Getting it to fully sync with my Moto was a chore. Great features, but hard to work with the Moto. Eventually returned it and stuck with my trusty Pebble Steel.

Allows me to monitor my heart rate and shows when I exercise. I love that it shows how my heart rate goes up and stays up when playing golf. The log for exercise is limited, have not figured out how to track the time I work out with weights.

This watch does exactly what I wanted and needed it to do. I can check my calls and messages easily and even do a quick reply if needed. Set alarms, keep track of my steps and heart rate too! Very nice..fits well and mine came with 2 bands!! Great buy! So far so good...no complaints....

Excellent product. I bought for my wife and she loves it. It works well and does everything she wanted it to do. The 1 thing tho, it's a big 1 for me, the screen was scratched on day 1. The plastic screen is garbage. Other than that, great.

Overall it meets my needs. I like FitBits in general and the extras on this work well for me. I was only disappointed that it doesn't pair my texts as I generally use Hangouts vs my phone's texting program. I could swap, but not a bit enough issue to make me upset I purchased it.

This a great fitness tracker. Its been much easier to keep my fitness journal in proper order. It does well when it tracks my miles i run and my weight lifting. Ive been impressed on how well my progress has been with my fitness goals. Its also been helpful with my dietary discipline.

Little sour about their change in protection plans for this specific product as it is still a good product, but doesn't play well with water, which as a human being with mild hygienic manners and habits will come into contact frequently.

Purchased this watch for my wife, 11/2018 for 250.00....fast forward 1/2020...it's basically dead...screen fades in and out, screen overlaps other screens...checked for updates, fitbit forums for possible explanations/fixes...nothing! Of course 2 months past the manafacturer's warranty period. I'm trying to convince her to NOT buy another Fitbit For the money paid it sure should have lasted longer than 14 months!

I have had this watch for almost 3 weeks now and have zero issue with it. It's smaller on my wrist than I expected which is a plus. Came with the special edition lavender band, in 2 sizes, as well as a black band in 2 sizes. Great notifications, can customize, works great with my Note 9

I had a fitbit one before -- actually I had 4 of them because I always lost them. they would slip off my pocket. I had one on my wrist but it was useless. This one is great -- synchs with my iphone. I can see text messages and it is just the right size on my wrist.

I bought this watch from my local best buy and it has no sticker indicating open box, and I paid full price. I get home and open it only to discover it had a GIANT scratch in the metal. Not only that, it was missing the small size straps. Someone clearly bought the watch, took stuff out, probably swapped out their scratched base and returned it. I immediately returned it to best buy. The employee who opened the case for me also rung me up. And when I told her about the defects, she slightly said "oh yeah.. I noticed.." and stopped talking. So clearly she knew there was something wrong with it, but had no issue selling it to me for full price. It was the only one in store so I ordered a replacement online and it's perfect. No scratches, all pieces. The watch itself is fine. I'm migrating from a Pebble 2, and it's definitely missing a lot of key features of a Pebble. Alarms have no customizable snooze, the vibration is very weak, pandora, deezer, and Starbucks are uninstallable. It's OK for a watch, but given Pebbles developers are working for fitbit, I'm disappointed in the OS side of it. You can't even install 3rd party alarms and close the apps. 3rd party background apps are unsupported. So basically what official apps they have are all you really get...

I purchased the Versa for my wife and she loves all of the features of it. The music and cc features have not been used but when she has time will set up both. She loves the different clocks that are available. Purple is her favorite color so obviously she is happy with the band.
