Took a while to set up. Longer than other fitbit watches. After the set up everything has been great. Changing the band's is a bit hard. Overall I love the watch.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it. She uses it daily. She had a different one that quit working. She likes this one better.

I have only had my Fitbit for a couple of months now but have not experienced any issues thus far and it's everything the product description said it would be!

This watch has lots of awesome features. It’s makes you mindful about keeping on the move. Joining challenge groups will help you meet your goals.

This product is great for people who workout. My favorite function is the sleep tracker to where it will break down your stages of sleep. Definitely recommend.

Updated from a Charge 2, I like the display and ability to change clock faces. I swim with it on, works great. Absolutely no issues, syncs perfectly.

Teen all the talk with her limited fitbit at school, classmates are now challenging each other to do more steps

Not worth the extra money for the band. Although it is more comfortable it gets siety easy and hard to clean dirt doesn't come off

I really liked the watch but didn't like how it drained my cell phone battery so I took it back.

Great starter watch. Not too bad if you're starting out. It doesn't make or receive phone calls though but it does what you need.

This is the best smart watch so far and if they do a second one I would get in a heartbeat. Wish it had a speaker to take calls,

I bought this on pre-order and now I am regretting it. It worked well for about 2-3 weeks and now the battery dies fully charged within 12 hours, the screen is unresponsive and none of the features work. I have contacted Fitbit for the issues but I keep getting told to try different checks (restoring and charging and testing the battery) and it has been a waste of time since I can't get anything to work. I have loved my previous fitbit purchases but I am extremely frustrated with the service around the Versa. Because I am out of the 15 day window I can't exchange it so I am just waiting around for a final answer from Fitbit.

Love this tracker. There are so many new apps to use and being able to track heart beat 24/7 is a bonus. Also get my ring doorbell notifications on alerts.

I have never owned a fitbit. I got this for a Christmas present and just love it. It is helping me be more active and holding me accountable. Happy 2019!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.... Love that it comes with BOTH size(SM/LG) wrist bands, not to mention I got 2 different bands, solid color band and the woven grey band.

Trying to get into better shape and this is my first fitness tracker. Seems to be a pretty good watch for a beginner.

My wife wanted one for mothers day. Bought a fancy band on amazon to complete the look. Loves the tracker and the watch and music.

So far, so good.... still hate the level of difficulty it is changing the band.... other than that I’m happy with it.

I had the original Fitbit Charge, which unfortunately got wet when mowing my lawn causing it to break. This Versa has been great. Love the waterproofing.

It's a lot more accurate compared to my other fitness watch. I would have rated higher if the watch fitted flat on my wrist
