They say this is water resistant but it didn't last long in the water. Screen popped out withing 15 mins of having it on while in the pool.

I was excited for this product and I like the special band. The downside: the battery life. I did my research and knew about the 4 days but sometimes it is less than that.

The band is a beautiful color however I wore it for three days and it started to smell of sweat. I ended up returning this item and purchasing an Apple Watch

    FitBit Versa Watch

I paid over $200 for a watch that I was told could do a lot of things. Bottom Line I paid $200 for a watch that counted my steps and that was it. I climbed stairs, it didn't count the flights, I rode a bike connected it to Map my ride and never added the bike ride. I use Apple Music was required to purchase other music apps to use the music. If you want an expensive watch to count your steps this one is for you. I ended up returning it and was extremely disappointed.

Stopped working after a year and 2 months

I loved my Fitbit the moment I got it but after a year it started having some issues where my alarm would show on the screen all the time and it was hard to take it off, then a few days later it stopped charging. I tried new chargers and it wouldn't come on. I called Fitbit support to see if it could be fixed but all they offered was discount for a new one but I don't think I want to spend $200 for a watch that won't last.

Bought this for my wife on release day. She's already needed a new one shipped to her due to battery issues. Maybe they fixed the issue by now though.

I'm a firm believer in FitBit and upgraded my broken Charge to this. It's good, but needs more apps and not to be buggy at times with existing apps.

Overall good product but hard to compare to the Samsung and Apple watches. They seem to be ahead of Fitbit in technology and capabilities.

So it doesn’t track my staps like the Apple Watch. In fast I tested it and the apple and found that it shorted me on both days.

If I didn’t already have the scale would have never had bought this. Not much better than a blaze which you can get now for under $50. And the blade has a slightly bigger screen. You get majorly ripped off for each watch face you buy because Fitbit comes with so few standard ones. For a bit more could have gotten the Apple Watch. Save your money and don’t buy this!
