Physically sound, applications poor

Initial configuration and synch to the FitBit application took about an hour (failed a couple of times as well). Once it was operational we realized the statistics were pretty inconsistent with workout types. For the price, and weak applications you are better off getting a smart watch.

The display is a nice size and easy to read. The watch has great features and was easy to use. However, I ended up returning the watch because it would not hold a charge after 2 days of ownership. The screen would not come back on.

I paid $200 for it and it no longer works. The screen started popping up at streaks 2 days ago, now it is staying like that. Not dropped, haven't swam in it, nothing. It just stopped working.

Stopped Working After One Year

Flashing from black to white screens. Loved the functions, but only lasted one year. That's a lot of money for only one year of use.

Unable to track accurate heart rate

While sitting on the sofa watching TV my heart rate with the Versa has varied from 60 to over 100, checking manually at the same time my rate is still at 50. While the design and form factor are appealing the inaccurate reading make this device useless for reliable tracking. Spent time with tech support on the phone and after trying many things they had no answers. Decided to search on the internet for this issue and there are countless results for this same issue, seems like this product is in general defective and would not recommend wasting time and money on this item.
