Well it was a great buy until about a month ago when it suddenly busted open while I was wearing it and now it doesn’t work. Planning on returning it.

Terrible synch issues with this item and a Yunmai scale. Fitbit has horrible synch issues period with the Versa and Ionic. Should not have been released with all of these issues. Band is getting fuzzy with repeated washings.

Bought this mostly for activity tracking but was hoping to get a little more out of it too. Instead I find that the OS on the watch AND the app is terrible and slow even with the minimal apps it has or allows. And as far as I could tell, you can't remove any of the unwanted apps taking up operating room, such as Starbucks and Pandora. Oh, and if you don't use Pandora, Deezer? or some other music player that no one has heard of, then you don't get to download music. Totally returned ASAP in search of a better product. Maybe if this watch was around HALF of what it costs, it would be worth it to someone. Not me. Next

Got this for my wife to replace her Blaze after it started having issues. Less than one week later, it wouldn't even turn on. I convinced her to take it back and get a "normal" smart watch instead since this is now the third FitBit she's been on in about 2.5 years because they all broke in one way or another. I'm telling everyone to stay away from FitBit. They honestly don't do anything different from the other smart devices any more, and they're much more cheaply made.

Fitbit changes chargers constantly, and none are interchangeable. Six months and this one is trash. Anyone want to wager Fitbit's solution is to try and sell me a newer model?

Works great when it works ended up breaking after a year which makes me pretty sad. The quality of the hardware is kind of poor but Fitbit does make good software!

First, the nice charcoal band absorbed sweat and became nasty so I had to replace the band within a month. Second, It worked really well, at first. Then after a little more than a year, some update killed it. The red light started glowing really bright and drained the battery in a half a day. After that, the heart rate sensor stopped working and the battery only lasts a day at best. This is becoming a common problem with this watch. Fitbit will only provide a 25% coupon on another watch. They offer no fix.

The floors climbed feature hasn’t worked right since I bought it. I called the company, and it will take about a month or so to get it replaced. With FitBit having no physical stores, it’s just not worth dealing with them. I should have bought the better known brand, but I thought I’d give them a shot. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t buy this if you’re expecting good customer service. It just won’t happen. And Best Buy was no help either. This is my last purchase from either company!

I bought this watch but never wore it because the purple looked and felt cheap ..it eas hard to change the bands too.. I returned it within a month of purchase.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas this year. We thought it was going to be similar to an apple watch but it's not at all. I returned it.

This watch worked great until I wore it in the water this year. Apparently it can track swimming, but not in the water, lol.

I wish I could return this watch. It isn't user friendly and doesn't work well with my Samsing Note 3.

Too hard to figure out setups . Thought I could download more apps. Not what I really expected since I’m not into all the fitness variations.

My wife likes the watch but the battery died after 13 months. Probably out of warranty and no idea how to get a new battery. I bought a Gokoo watch for $40 that works better. I will take it to Best Buy who will tell me to throw it into the recycling bin, like they said about my one year old Sony TV. I would have thought the battery on a $200 watch would last longer than 13 months. Won’t buy another one.

Limited face options. Unless you want to pay, but even those are not so great. Changing faces is a hassle, none are stored the watch itself.

Limited to no product explanation past advertisement of functions. No information on how to access functions or customer support.

Second Fitbit. First was junk and Fitbit replaced it after a real third degree. It lasted about 6 months. I gave them a third try with this higher level and cost model. Again, charged for about three months then nothing. Third time was a charm for me. Switched to another brand on big sale. My advice, if it says Fitbit on the box————keep on looking!

I purchased this watch specifically because the o2 sensor release was going to happen. Five months later I am still waiting! Since the 45 day window to return has passed and the o2 sensor has not happened, it seems I am out of luck unless BB wants to give me a refund. This is obviously is false advertising.
