I bought it and the bottom button wouldn't work all the time and then I wasn't getting my text messages so I returned.

My first one froze up i got a exchange and this one doesn't work have to take back to store very frustrating

All the features were great however the battery didn’t last

Not worth the price replaced it because of a major issue.

Screen is already going out, and it never tracks sleep. Back to Garmin.

This watch came apart at the top /face.i had no problem getting it replaced by the manufacturer.

This is the 2nd fitbit I bought from best buy and both of them did work. The 1st one never worked and this one only worked for couple months. Best Buy refused to take it back. They said I had to send it back to fitbit. It was a gift just like the first one I got so I don't know if that was done. I just felt that was poor customer service.

Quit functioning after 35 days, Fitbit should have done better.

After purchase I had issues with the Sync function. I then looked online and found numerous posts stating that this is a known issue. What good is a Fitness watch that you have to constantly Sync with your phone/computer? I then returned the Versa to the store for a Charge 2 and this watch is working beautifully even though it is not swim proof.

Broke in less than 30 days of light use. Atrocious customer service, called many times and had to email in multiple videos of the defective watch to fitbit. Just a train-wreck of a product experience and customer service experience. Wish I would have bought an apple watch.

Watch has had syncing issues since I purchased it. I really liked the watch itself, so I continued to think that an update would eventually take care of the problem. Unfortunately it quit working all together today, 1 month and 19 days after I purchased. Will attempt to get service from Fitbit since BestBuy has a fairly short return policy.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The charge only lasted at the most two and a half days, the phone notification occasionally worked but not very often, text notifications were delayed by about 30 minutes. It was very hard to rely on this smartwatch.

This is the second Fitbit Versa that my husband and I have bought that has gone out shortly after the warranty is expired. His went out about a week after the warranty went out. Mine went out 2 months after the warranty went out. If you purchase one, be sure to get the extended warranty.

I loved my Versa when I purchased it but it died in less than 90 days of buying it. It tried to install an update and would never restart. While FitBit is willing to cover it under warrant, it makes you return the watch to them first and then it takes 4 - 6 weeks to receive your replacement. That's crazy in today's world!

I brought it a year ago. The screen fell off exactly in one year. I brought it back to the store and they said they can do nothing about it. Talked to the customer service in Fitbit and they refused to fix it. Won't ever buy another Fitbit product again.

I preorder the fitbit versa I picked it up today and I'm literally still trying to update it's been 5 and half hours. I will be bringing this back and getting my money back. I've never been so disappointed in a fitbit product this was my 3rd one. I was so excited to upgrade. Not Happy at all!

The thing is hard setup and very bet hard to use hard to play with

The watch reset constantly and would freeze on me.

I only had it for 5 weeks and the display gave out, no stats, clock or info. It only shows a lavender color, same as the band. Prior to this happening, I loved my Fitbit Versa. Hopefully my replacement Fitbit will not bite the dust as the 1st one did.
