I have loved this watch, up until the charging became erratic and it seemed like I needed to charge it every day to keep it going all day and yesterday, it quit completely and will not charge at all. I purchased 2 of these watches on the same day, one for me and one for my spouse. They have both died, less than 2 years old and neither of them will charge any more. It is now yet another worthless piece of techno waste. It was nice while it lasted...

I am very skeptical on the entire Fitbit brand myself but I bought this for my wife and she loves it! I will say I think she had already gotten my mo ey out of it...it only comes off to shower and charge and I mean only.

the bands have this little push down metal clasp and its hard to change .my advice give your self a good 30 mins to change it before any thing ..but battery life is amazing .

Fitbit Versa was easy to set up. Best Buy associate was knowledgeable about the product. I was worried my husband would not care for the special edition band, but it is actually very nice and a basic black band also comes in the package!!

This is my first wearable and I am enjoying it so far. There are a lot of faces to choose from online and fitbit makes it easy to install. I love all of the metrics you get, especially the sleep tracker. Great buy at the black friday price!

I am so happy with my purchase. Not only did I get the special addition band it also came with a black band as well. I like that they sell them with both the large and small together as well and the new charger works a lot better than the one for the charge 2.

Wife and son love it! Bought her knee for Xmas, she uses it every day, and loved it so much, had to get one for our son, who finally decided to take his health more seriously. She loves that she can use it to pay for food & things in most places!

Love the band and the apps, including the multiple options for clock faces. Dislike the charger, have to take off the straps and rubber protector (eBay purchase) to charge. Also driving adds steps, so not 100% accurate but close.

This is my 3rd Fitbit and it’s awesome. The tracking is great. The payment option is convenient as well. The BT pairing is a little clunky but it’s not something I use all that often as I always have my phone nearby.

This is my second Fitbit, had a Surge for 3 years never a problem and still works but I really wanted this one and I’m loving it. Keeping track of my workouts and calories burned is great plus so many other options definitely worth it. The band is very comfortable.

This replaced my wife’s Garmin forerunner and she loves it. Much happier with the tracking and app experience. The GPS, sleep tracking, NFC capabilities (awesome for those with kids or busy folks), app UI and overall experience were worth the investment.

I love my Fitbit versa. This was my first time using something like this. It's awesome and great with my galaxy phone. The app has so many features and I love changing the clock face. It really motivates me to keep moving and gives so much information.

I have been looking for a quality fitness tracker that didn’t have a silicone band, as I’m allergic. I had to wait a while to get this one but I love it so far! There are a few features I was looking for that haven’t rolled out yet but I’m anxiously awaiting them!

I got into the Fitbit craze late but was (and continue to be) amazed at this Versa watch. It is a fitness tracker and so much more. You can download many apps and watch faces. The Special Addition allows for payment from the watch and GPS.

The band is extremely comfortable unlike the other bands Fitbit uses, my wrist doesn't get a rash from it either. I'm still working through the different things you can do with it but the cell messages area. makes it well worth it.

Love my fitbit. Keeps me on track when logging my activity for the day. Also like the fitbit app that the data automatically loads onto. Many faces available for cheap prices. Band is comfy although it is a little harder to clean.

I upgraded to this Fitbit form the Blaze. I really like being able to wear this while swimming. I wore it in the ocean while snorkeling and did not have any problems. I am enjoying all of the new features I am able to get with it.

Loving my Fitbit Versa. There is still some room for improvement (ability to edit name of workout, more breakdown in data on website, option to save more clock faces, and connectivity when linking to a GPS-enabled app), but otherwise does what I need.

More of a fitness watch than a smart watch. I wore it alot when I first bought it but not so much anymore. Cheaper than an Apple Watch but if I could do it all over again, I would purchase the Apple Watch instead.

I've yet to explore all the features of this fitbit, but so far it is a good replacement for a watch. I've dropped it a few times and so far no cracks or blemishes on the watch itself. I'm happy with it so far.
