Watch lasted less than a year

In the beginning it had frequent sync problems, but over time it got better... I got over my desires for more pebble-like features and grew to kind of like the watch. Lately, about half a year later, the battery life has diminished from 4 days to less than one, the screen no longer displays anything at all (just black with a backlight), and the notifications don't work, but that's fine because I wouldn't be able to see them anyway. I would recommend one of the more basic fitbit trackers over this one... My old charge was lightyears better. Don't get this watch... I'm not alone in having these issues, the forums are filled with similar complaints.

Still struggle to make it to sync with my Samsung phone- called Fitbit customer services 3 times and they asked me to reset it once and again.
