Easy to use and sync with computer. Compact and wearable

I definitely like the simplicity of steps only on the fitbit zip. I got it for my boyfriend and he likes doing challenges with me on the app. Sometimes he thinks the steps don't count the same in his pocket like they do on his boot..my only reason for giving 4 stars. I have the fitbit flex and really like that too. They really help keep us motivated and stay active. I recommend anything from Fitbit!

This is my second time purchasing this particular fitbit but that was due to me giving away my original when I fell off the exercise wagon, as we all do sometimes lol. But this is a great product for everyone who just wants to start being accountable for a life change. Its super simple to put together and use. Combined with the app you can track your food and water portions daily, daily steps, calories burned and log your exercise pattern for the week or even that month. Just like all the more expensive fitbits you also get the daily challenge badges and such so you can compete with friends that have other fitbits. Personally for me I'm going with the zip everytime if you don't need the fancy silent alarm sleep tracker. The only con for some would be where to place it but its a simple hook onto the undies and your off. Hope this helps someone :-)

This is my third Fitbit, first one I lost and the second one I ran over with my mower. This Fitbit works well is reasonably priced. Great first choice to get into the tracker scene without buying a more expensive one with features you may never use or need.

The fitbit zip does exactly what it says, giving you minimum functionality for tracking steps and loading it into the app on your phone. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it doesnt load the data into the iPhone health app, so if you also use that tool to track exercise, then you have to do some mental tracking to figure out how many steps you actually took.

Use it daily to keep track of steps. Unobtrusive and super easy to use. Love it!!!

This is my 2nd Zip and I love it - as long as I can keep track of it. Clip it to my bra - great. Wear a white shirt - no can do. So I clipped it to my pants pocket. Now I can't find it. Hoping it's in the car. But while I have it I LoVe it - great to know how far I have (or haven't) walked in a day!

I bought this FitBit because I wanted an activity tracker to sync with my Myfitnesspal account, but I didn't realize how motivating it would be to see the steps adding up all day. I find myself taking the long way around the building, or walking back and forth to the microwave when making tea instead of just standing there waiting because I want to get to my steps goal. It's really just a glorified pedometer but you get hooked on the numbers and it really does make you conscious of how much (or little) you've moved on a given day. For me, that has been incredibly motivating. I'm very glad I bought my FitBit, and would recommend one for anyone who could use a little extra nudge toward better personal fitness.

I received this as a gift and then purchased one for my mother for Mother's Day. We both love it! She loves being able to see all that she's done over the course of the day, and I love being able to compete with her via the Fitbit app. A great simple purchase that helps keep you aware of your steps and more!

Bought this for a family member that walks on a daily basis. I wanted something more than a basic pedometer but did not need a full-blown fitness tracker that would measure heart rate, GPS, etc. This fit the bill perfectly. It is light weight, easy to use, and has software for many platforms. I can't speak for battery life yet but it's still going strong since Christmas.

My FitBit Zip is so easy to use. I can keep track of my steps, miles, calories burned and time of day. I just secure it to my bra and away I go. You'd be surprised how quickly steps are accumulated in everyday tasks. It's wireless and lightweight. I chose pink. I often talk about it with my friends. I set daily goals and it helps me maintain them. It's a good price as well.

I love my Fitbit zip!!! It is great. I clip it on and forget about it until I get ready for bed, then I check my steps. I set a goal for the day and if I have not made my goal I keep stepping!!!! I hate exercise and this makes me walk. I love it and I am seeing results!!!! Thanks for a great product.

This is a wonderful product to keep track of steps taken and distance walked. It is small, seems accurate and easy to wear and use.
