Doesn't have as many features as the FitBit one but it didn't cost as much either.

I love my fitbit. It is easy to use and you can pretty much wear it anywhere on your body

I had a Fitbit flex and kept losing it when it would fall off my arm. The Fitbit Zip clips tightly to any piece of clothing and doesn't fall off. I love not having to change it as well. I am just now having to replace the battery- 5 months later.

Great for those who just want to know their step count. Phone app has additional features.

I was always curious as to how many steps I was taking during the day. I know you are suppose to take 10,000 steps per day, but wasn't sure how close to that I was having a desk job and all. After using the fitbit-zip, I found I was actually taking alot more steps during the day than I thought. I originally received the fitbit-flex for Fathers Day, but returned it as I didn't care for the wrist band application or the fact that you needed to download it to get results. With the fitbit-zip you get instantaneous results on the easy to read LCD. By merely tapping the face you toggle from steps taken to distance travelled to calories burned; it also has a built-in clock, so no more need for a watch. I purchased the twin pack and gave the other fitbit-zip to my wife. That way it was a little cheaper than buying them individually. We now have a friendly competition to see who takes more steps during the day. Downloading the information to the website is seemless.

As previously reviewed these need a better holder option and better battery life.

My first two Fitbits lasted me a couple of years each and only had to replace when I lost them. Last year I bought a Fitbit One. I was pleased to see that the design of the belt clip was changed so that it would be harder to lose them. The One died after a year so I bought a Zip. The Zip lasted 6 weeks before it died.

Great tracker that is easy to use and wear. The only negative comment would be is that if you travel and forget to take a spare battery, you may get a low battery notification and have to locate a store that carries the required battery size.

Makes tracking steps and distance easy to calculate and accumulates totals wirelessly

For the price of this little thing (compared to the other options by Fitbit) I would say it's a really great deal. It doesn't have the stair or sleep tracking ability, but that's not really necessary for me. The real selling point for this model was the fact that it runs on a watch battery instead of a rechargeable. The other models you have to charge. And for me, the best time to charge something is when I'm sleeping. But if I did that with the Fitbit One or Flex, I would not be able to track my sleep. I wouldn't want to have to pay for something that has features that I can't use due to when I have to charge it. I love that the Zip has a replaceable battery that you only have to worry about changing every few months.

I was never motivated to establish a consistent exercise routine until I purchased my fitbit zip tracker. I love the phenomenal data that is easily collected as I workout at the gym or any time I move my body to perform routine activities. I set long and short-range daily exercise goals and the zip tracker helps me monitor how well I'm doing with achieving my goals. I simply sync the tracker to my cell phone or computer and watch the beautiful graphs appear. There's nothing to write or enter because it's taken care of with the fitbit web-based system. The fitbit zip tracker has been life changing for me. It keeps me focused and motivated to exercise every day. As a result, I'm healthier and happier. It's an excellent purchase!

This is a small device that fits out of the way so you don't realize you are wearing it. This sync's easily to your i-Phone to track your daily progress as well as your long term history. This has a long lasting battery, so you don't lose steps while your device is on the charger. I like this little tracker.

Got this for my 7 year old son to count his steps... Great for keeping them active!

Well worth the money, easily can attach to clothes and not know it is there.

I like my Zip better than the Charge I also have. Records steps better!
