    Was bought for my husband and he wears it to work everyday. Was surprised to see how far he walks each day. Clips on your belt or pocket . Syncs to your computer to keep track of your steps, miles walked and calories burned.

    I love this Fit Bit. The zip is small and can slip easy in your sock so you can rack up steps while on a bike. It beats having to wear something on your wrist. Too bad Fitbit disconnected it.
