highly recommend the fitbit. small size and accurate. love that you can track on app too

I'm part of a million step challenge, but after using the mobile app and website, this is a device that I will continue to use. I am naturally a motivated athlete. I do triathlons. I can see the benefits for the less motivated. I find mine to track distance pretty close to my treadmill, and it count steps close to my nike fuelband activity monitor. Using the two together gives me the best measure of my activity through out the day. The only thing neither one does is measure effort or heart rate.

Small little guy with a replaceable battery. Works accurately and is small enough to not be noticed in pocket or on waistline.

Really like the size can wear it clipped in the pocket keeps track of all my steps and calories my husband and I both have one

The accuracy of the steps is inconsistent and conversion to miles is not close. First battery only lasted less than two weeks. Will check in second battery.

Good value for a handy item. Much better than the regular, cheapo pedometers in terms of extras (online tracking, etc). Really only records steps, so things like bike riding often don't count (whereas they may with other pedometers). Also have had some trouble syncing with the computer bit at times. But all in all, worth the money.

The size is perfect as it is small enough to hide in professional work clothes. It syncs well with my phone.

The Fit Bit is the easiest pedometer that I have ever used! It accurately tracks my steps and links to my phone. Super easy.

I find that this works great for regular day to day activities. I exercise a lot and do various exercises and it tracks some of them, but not all of them. I understand it only tracks steps but it seems inconsistent. For example, it tracks it correctly when using the treadmill. It also tracks it when using a machine like the elliptical machine. However, it does not track accurately when on a bike - it tracks some but not all. It is easy to use and syncs well with my android app.

Product has fairly easy setup and syncs to computer where you can still the majority of the features without the phone. Using for rehab for 75+ year old father and is great. Wish clip was easier to put on but has remained a great motivator in his physical therapy as it's a visual reminder of what you do each day.

I lost my Fitbit but didn't want to invest the $ in the same model. I don't monitor sleep or stairs so this unit is perfect ! Synchs with my phone with other sharing capability just like the $$$$ ones do

Great walking tracker and easy to sync to computer or phone. Creates fun competition with friends leader boards for most steps.

I bought this for my wife and while it worked ok as a step counter, it was very basic and sometimes didn't count her steps well. She tried wearing it in her pocket and by clipping it to herself in several spots. One day it actually fell out of the casing and she lost it, instead of buying another one i got her the fitbit flex. I would recommend that above the zip. However I would truly recommend the Charge or Charge HR as those are the best of the bunch.

This is the perfect size - hides well under clothes. It is very easy to use and tracks the information I want.

Have trouble getting into sleep mode, but otherwise it is great. It tracks food intake, calories burned and daily steps.

This small Fitbit fits comfortably in my pocket and gives me the information re steps and distance I wanted from such an appliance. I'm not entirely sure how accurate the step count is (I'm guessing it's a bit high), but that's not a big problem to me. On the other hand, having a count of your steps definitely encourages you to walk around rather than get in the car to move a few blocks to the next parking space, and that can't be bad.

Great for parents and those that don't have smart phone. Can be used to see time and steps. Great for parents and computer/iPad users for synchs that aren't real time (for those without smart phones)

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She does not like wearing things on her wrist so this was perfect. Did not even know it was touch screen until after she opened it. Great battery life as well.
