We bought this for my husband who needed to lose some weight after a check-up. Bit helps him track if he is up and moving enough without too much effort .

My wife lost her other device and really want another one. I have one two and love it. I like the fact that I can attach it to my socks and not my wrist.. I am not into jewelry of any kind.

This Fitbit is a great little motivator to start walking to lose weight. Especially when you are competing with another person. It's small enough to fit on a belt and stand out.

Going on 4 years with this guy. It's small, discreet, and still tracks my movement when I've taken jewelry/watch off end of day. Just clips to waistband and forget it's there.

It's a great little tracker of steps, it's so small and compact i forget i even have it on. At first, i kept looking at it, but now i have it a while, i only check it when i go to sleep.

Purchased 2 Fitbit-Zips on sale, one for my wife and one for me. Setup and linking it to MyFitnessPal were both very easy. Appears to be reasonably accurate except for doubling up "Active Minutes" occasionally. I think that may have something to do with synching with FitnessPal multiple times but I'm not sure. It is a minor thing to me as what I am most interested in is tracking the number of steps per day and it is very good at that. I also like the data that is maintained and charted. It definitely has made me much more aware of when I have been inactive. The only negative is my fear that one day it will remain in my pocket for a trip through the washer and dryer, an event I doubt it would survive.

My young daughter likes to support me while I walk and she liked the idea that I could check my Fitbit for the total steps etc. So I bought this for her, (she's 10) I had to fudge the numbers so that it would register her data; she's too small for the standard Fitbit data. She LOVES it!! I wish Fitbit would change their parameters because there are obese children (mine isn't) who could benefit from this product!

The Zip is a convenient fitness tool that is super easy to wear. It's size makes it a no-brainer; no bulkiness or extra thing to wear on your wrist. It goes anywhere, and with any outfit!

I would recommend this product to anyone. It is perfect for me and my wife. You may find out you are taking a lot more steps daily than you may think.

My wife wanted a basic fitness tracker that didn't need daily or weekly recharging. Between all the electronics a modern day family has, she loved the fact that this Fitbit only needed a battery change every six months. It's works great. It seamlessly syncs to the website via a dongle on your computer. Now if only they could one day figure out long lasting battery life with a GPS unit then life would be perfect!

I purchased this item out of curiosity to see the number of steps I was taking in a day so I could increase my activity. It works perfectly still after a month of use and I am happy with the product.

I decided to try the Fit Bit Zip before upgrading to the Fit Bit Charge. I highly recommend purchasing the product replacement warranty. I've torn the case about once a year.

I set myself a goal of a certain number of steps per day. Wearing this tells me about how many more I need. Then I Take my evening walk. I wish I could afford the scale made By the same company.

These little things are good enough in their limited capacity, but if you're active, they tend to bounce around annoyingly. The bracelet might be a better fit for an active person.

awesome device, however the clip that fits on your pocket is pretty bad- plastic piece slipped off and now the rubber band slips up.

This was a gift I initially was avoiding buying. It rely helps motivate me exercises. I don't need a more advanced model. The simplicity is what I wanted and what I got.
