This fitbit is great motivator and lie detector to let you are know if your moving enough. I got this pack and gave one to a friend who said she couldn't understand why she wasn't losing weight because she walks her dog a lot and walks a lot at work. Once she put the fitbit on she found she was only doing about 5,000 steps a day. -like I said- truth detector. This device is great but be aware the zip does not count steps, measure sleep efficiency, or offer the option to set alarms. But if you are looking to simply measure how much you move, this is the device.

Got this for someone as a gift... To get the battery in was really tough causing it to be scratched on the very 1st day that I got it... Overall its been decent while in use
