    I have a beautiful regular watch that I wear every day and do not want another fitbit watch so this gadget is perfect to put in your pocket or clip on to your clothing. Did I need all the bells and whistles of a fitbit watch? Absolutely not. The only issue is the syncing with the computer. Sometimes I have to remove the fitbit battery and put it back in to get it to sync again if I wait too long to check the syncing.

    I found the Fitbit a good way to keep track of my fitness progress when doing a consistent exercise regime, for example walking. When I varied the routine, however, to include workout on a stationary bicycle or rowing machine, the placement and location of the monitor didn't seem to accurately reflect the amount of effort exerted. The Fitbit is a really clever tool to keep track of my progress outside of this one issue.
