    I bought one of these for my 76 y/o sister who is nearly blind with macular degeneration. She loves that she can see her steps on her phone or tablet. We compete for the most number of steps and I know it has greatly increased our activity level in pursuit of that elusive 10,000 steps.

    I prefer this style of Fitbit. I had an armband one but as a nurse constantly washing my hands the armband would be wet. With the zip I can clip it to a pocket, my pants, or my bra and don't have to worry about it getting wet. I also like being able to replace the battery when needed and not having to worry about charging anything.
