Customers are saying

Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

Fitbit zip is not worth the money. Buy one of the other Fitbit products. On the Fitbit zip, words and numbers are way too small to read, especially when working out. Very limited. All other fitbits are considerably better.

I had the original Fit Bit and had to replace it because it cracked. I like this one better because I don't have to re-charge the battery. It doesn't have all the features of the original (i.e. it doesn't keep track of my sleep patterns), but I'll take the trade off of not having to stick it in the charger.

I was driving and clipped the fitbit to my jeans at my waist. When I removed my seat belt, the device came out of the holder. I noticed once I got into the house and panicked because I thought I lost it. I went to the car and it must have came loose/removed from the seatbelt.

Picked up one of these after sending my Force back for the recall. Like that the battery should last 4-6 months instead f having to charge once a week like the Flex and Force. Only con I can see so far is the screen is not backlit, but that would shorten the battery life.

This is the second Fitbit Flex I have owned. My first one died after six years. Love it because it uses a battery so I don't have to charge it. I just clip it to my underwear and I don't even notice it. Fun to compete with my friends and family members.

Overall I really like this little tracker. I had one if the ultra trackers before and I think that I prefer this one more. It does not have the sleep tracking ability but I never used that before anyway.

Bought this for my wife because she wanted a step tracker without all the bells and whistles. She loves it and the companion app. It also gets a bonus for the the fitbit app pairing with myfitnesspal. -JW

I bought a twinpack fitbitzip and the one I chose to use works beautifully. The second one I gave to my sister will not cinque to the website. I need to contact the company because the trackers are not cheap.

Bought this and one week wearing the battery died. Purchased a new battery but that one didn't seem to charge either. Currently going to contact fit bit to see if we can get it replaced.

I was not too satisfied with my fitbit. I found that it picked up my driving as steps. So not accurate. Love the concept tho just wish it properly and accurately counted your steps

I like this, but I've got to figure out what other numbers provided each day represent to be useful. For example, it provides the date, and how many steps I've taken, but the little unit has another couple of data numbers that I have no idea what it is.

I chose the zip over the other models because I don't need to monitor my sleep. I don't sleep well and I know that already. The app helps to keep track of calories and make me aware of those higher.

Purchased this as a replacement to my second Fitbit One because it had begun to have connectivity problems. This tracker records almost everything the One model does except for stairs climbed, at a fraction of the cost.

This was a gift for my mother. She walks daily & wanted a way to track her steps that wasn't too complicated. She was looking for something that could be worn inconspicuously & get the job done. She loves the simplicity of it.
