Customers are saying

Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

I wish I could use it. I was really looking forward to having it with me all day long and seeing my updates on my phone, but, since it is not compatible with my phone, I can't use it.

If I had a newer version of iPhone I would have no complaints at all. The fact that I can only sync with my computer at home takes some of the competitive fun out of it but I still enjoy it. I find myself taking the time to walk just to meet my goals.

Great product for keeping you active. The set up takes some time and the syncing isn't simple enough for kids to use (bought it for my son to keep active int he summer.) It looks nice enough though that even a 12 year old boy would wear it.

I really like this device but am having a problem in that it records steps even while driving in a car. I take it off and nestle it in something soft (a scarf, etc.) but it does still count. If anyone has suggestions, please post.

So far I have not had any trouble with it. I hook it to my pocket facing in so i dont have to worry about it scratching. I dont even know it is there. I use to to get points from walgreens and figured im walking so make the best out of it

Works good for what I need it for. It is basic but it does count steps. Would like one that tracks more information and more accurately (I wear it on my bra and if I'm holding my grandbaby it doesn't count the steps)

I have had a few of these and lost them but finally figured out to clip it to my key chain so that eliminates the problem. Its a good product and counting the steps daily helps stop me from being lazy which I tend towards.

My wife and I bought the 2 pack. We are still on the same battery. We think it should have been 2 for $50 and the fitbit one should be $50 Stinks that it doesn't track sleep. Need trade in program so you can trade up to the fitbit one.

I got one of these for my husband & myself. We both wear ours everyday. So convenient to wear I forget that I am wearing it. I can check my progress on the Fitbit free web application.

This is the entry level pedometer from Fitbit. I was looking for something to help motivate me and also sync up with MyFitnesspal.com. The Fitbit website gives a tremendous amount of information. For the price this is a very good value.

Thought I was getting the apparatus to track sleep,, steps and work out. Does steps, translates to calories but not sleep tracking or cardio workout monitoring. All relying on input.

If you have a belly or put your hands in your pocket a lot don't leave it in your pocket put it on your side or bra strap, other than that I love it. It has a iPhone app for me to watch my activity and keep track of my food and water intake.

My husband and I have both thoroughly enjoyed our Fitbit Zips. They have helped us to be accountable for our activity each day and realize when we need to increase our activity level.

Satisfied. Some software issues, exercize and diet aspects useless, step count frequently inaccurate. But I use it as a marker - ok for my needs, but totally inadequate if you require more capabilities

This has been a great tool to motivate me and change my activity level just by making small adjustments each week. I love that you can check your status on the FitBit Zip, your phone, iPad app or online, its extremely convenient.

This was purchased as replacement for previous (different) fitbit device. I liked the Bluetooth sync function and the cheaper price. Sadly, it is junk. After a month of use it stopped tracking/reporting steps - only calories. I followed trouble shooting which amounted to pulling battery out/putting battery back in. That only worked a few times and now the device only tracks calories burned and no steps - despite the support suggestions. Fitbit has recommended returning the device. Also, the rubber coating on the clip split. This device is babied so th issues with this device are pretty surprising - especially after only a month of use. I had used a different model previously for over a year (it was eventually lost) without issues. I would recommend spending the extra $30 for a better device.

This is a very good activity tracker although quite basic. It syncs with mobile app and tracks the basics ... calories, steps, distance. Had it for a few month and quite happy with the purchase

The Fitbit zip is a great motivational tool. By wearing it daily I am more conscious of how much I move and exercise. It is great to compare and compete with friends.

It has been the best anniversary gift I ever gave him. It makes him so much more aware of his activity level. Nagging to get him to walk more never worked.Lol However his fitbit encourages him to walk! It is wonderful .
