Needs a better clasp, lost one already, second one does not hold a charge and does not keep acurate accounting of steps etc.

she likes it real well, & uses it all the time, but could use better interface with iphone 4. note that it says it works on 4S & later. I think she will even enjoy it more when we upgrade her phone later this year.

Clips and rubber breaks easily but is pretty and has a variety of colors. Pretty good but wish was made to last longer

I love this product. It's easy to use, low maintenance, and battery life is excellent. It tracks your steps, calories burned and has so many other features.

I had purchased some off brands for my Fitbit Flex. They weren't as stretchy and broke quickly. I bought because they are just like the band that came with it. I am very pleased with them.

This a great fitness tracker my wife loves it the best part is the app it is very thourgh and pretty accurate.

overall it's a great product and keeps my wife and i motived. we also use it with friends. we track each other during the day and keep healthy competition.

The Fitbit is nice to have. It does a pretty good job at tracking your steps and you'll find yourself more motivated to get all 5 dots lit up everyday.

I was so pleased to find these bands and the helpful store employee who opened them and installed my battery for me. They break long before they should, but now I have a back up!

Bought as a gift for the wife and she loves it. Wore it so much that the band wore out. Got three more bands and now she can match her outfit

Why doesn't fit bit put all medal fasteners on bands instead of plastic. They only give 1 medal & 2 plastic. One broke within a day

The clasp pins are difficult to snap and do NOT stay snapped shut..it falls off all the time.

My first band half the clasp broke shortly after purchase. Still able to use it.

Seems like they would send more paperwork explaining Windows 10. I love the computer but am struggling threw Windows 10

Look, I love my Fitbit. When my band broke, I was devastated. Then I found a trio of brightsides. These make it fun to wear. I like to change colors for different outfits.

It was good to have replacement bands, as the original broke after being worn daily. The lighter colors pick up dirt easily.

The bands are good although a bit stiff. The plastic clip closure is very cheap and broke after several weeks

The combination of the color choices are to my liking. I purchased on sale, plus I was able to use my Best Buy rewards, making it an even better deal.

easy to use. apps can be used on iphone and android both phones. cons: wristband broke and need to be changed each month
