Great for a beginner

It's been a good computer except I did have to send it back to asus for repair since there is no way to recover the operating system

Touch screen suffers from phantom touches
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My daughter bought one of these for school less than 1.5 years ago. The touch screen now suffers from "phantom" touches. You can just watch the computer (without touching it) start to select items on the screen. It's unusable. The only workaround is to disable the touch screen. You can do this by enabling keyboard debug shortcut flag and then press shift t and the search button. Google it to find out the info. Hopefully this will allow you to get some use out of it. These don't last, so I would recommend spending extra money to buy something else. I found quite a few reviews with the same problem here and on amazon. Apparently it's a common issue.

Great tablet for beginners

I would like to know all the features and how they work. I admit I'm not very tech savvy so I definitely need an owners manual. I especially like that it has a keyboard.

The perfect device!

I've never experienced anything lagging or had any issues of the sort. Great for plane rides, road trips with kids, or just checking the news. The only improvement I could see is the speaker isn't very loud and it's on the bottom of the keyboard..

Need to be aware of how the OS works

Not aware that you are unable to run many applications due to the OS. Some programs for school are also incompatible. (Simnet) should have looked more into product before purchase. Overall good quality

Asus Chromebook

On top of that, Best Buy had the "best" price as no one could beat them. They work great for what they are intended and we also have a cloud printer, so they can print wireless. Good quality and holding up extremely well so far.
