Everything about this product Met my expectations: from the keyboard, the finish, screen clarity, etc. everything besides the speed. I wanted to throw it out the window. It lags so much.

This comes with no directions whatsoever and unless you understand computers really well, you will be confused with things, as compared to a regular laptop or desktop

I am very unsatisfied with this Chromebook. I've been a Chromebook user for many years, and I owned the original Asus Transformer, which I liked. I had hoped this device would give me the best of both worlds -- a Chromebook and a tablet. It is a miserable excuse for either of these. Out of the box, when I used it in touch screen mode, it just didn't work. The cursor jumped around and added random clicks, often opening up a series of new tabs when I was trying to read or watch something. After a call to Asus support I learned that a series of hard boots (holding the power button for 30 seconds without the charger, then with the charger, and without the charger again) fixed the random cursor movement and clicks for a short time, but the next time I used the device the same thing happened. As a Chromebook it is slow and unresponsive -- much more so than my 3-year-old HP Chromebook was, with a much more cramped and ill-proportioned keyboard. The final straw occured about 30 days after I purchased it, when a crack appeared near the hinge. This machine has been treated gently and never dropped -- in fact it's so unpleasant to use it has spent most of the time in a drawer, so I can't help but think that the design of the screen and the hinge is behind this failure. All in all this has been a very frustrating experience. I would recommend you stay far away from this product.

Seemed like it would be a good choice but was not very sturdy and I was worried my Kids would break it right away. Wound up returning it.

My son used his own money to purchase this product. We've been a little disappointed with it but it will suffice for what's needed.

I had a Dell PC and I wanted to update you on it and I told the sales person I just didn't want to big huge laptop because mine was and I was taking out the challenged new to the items and he really really push this Device and I don't live had it two months and the volume is that twice a day just if it can't do a lot of programs and I just got done going back in for trade-in I'd recommend it to a seventh grader maybe

This item is mainly for web browsing. I bought for my son and he couldn't use it to get on Roblox as it is not compatible.

Used for school works great. Only downside is not having the ability to run office but that's just the chrome system

I bought this because the salesman. I got it home defiantly not what I had wanted. He just didn't explain it well

As an advanced computer user, I find it difficult to task, especially when i have to work offline.

I wish the flip part was stronger not recomand fpr kids but older teens

This Chromebook is small and mighty! It is incredibly thin, has incredible sound quality (better than my Mac Book Pro) and awesome battery life It's a great on-the-go machine and is SO light. I was hesitant to try a Chrome book with only cloud storage but the value of this machine is unbeatable. It may only be 2 gb of ram but it's surprisingly responsive and have no trouble at all streaming 1080p videos on YouTube or Netflix. Highly recommend this machine!

Too slow and touch screen it's not to good doesn't worth the money

Horrible computer can't do much with it. I know everything about this little chromebook before I bought it. I thought it would be at least decent nope I wouldn't buy this I would rather spend the same money and get a windows PC.

I went into Best Buy looking for something small, but in high rating quality for class. I had a huge toshiba laptop and I just didn't want to lug that thing around campus. I really wasn't planning to spend over $200 for a laptop since I knew I'd only use it to take notes and write papers on google docs... But when I saw this product, I instantly fell in love and wanted one for myself. It's very light, fast working, and super fun to play with since you can fold it, AND it's a touch screen. It doesn't look cheap, and it sure doesn't act cheap. It's great for surfing the web, watching netflix, and writing papers. Once this one is out of date, I am definitely going for newer version! I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you just need something light, and dependable for work/school.

I had the Samsung Chromebook II for 2 3/4 yrs. before it up and died on me (sob). Well it didn't really die, the battery did. Anyway, I needed a new Chromebook, so I researched all the new ones and the Asus Flip Chromebook kept getting high ratings. Then I saw it on sale at Best Buy and I snapped it up. This thing is even better than my Samsung was! The tablet-part of the machine has a gorgeous display and is very fast. The keyboard is a little smaller than the Samsung was, but I actually like it better because the whole device is slightly smaller than the Samsung, but not so much that it is a pain to use. Conclusion? I couldn't be happier!

I hated this device. It was slow and not intended for my use. It required additional software for everything to complete simple task. Now if you wanted simply an internet device then it may be for you. I couldn't recommend it, so it was returned.

Good graphics. Dont have to wait long to start up but keeps shutting off when fully charged and in use. Contacted Asus and their suggestions didn't work​to fix the problem...sending back.

I purchased this chrome book thinking I have a winner for my work application,not so. 1st unit computer keys where not working,replace it. 2nd unit,screen would go black now and then. 3 unit,same thing. Best Buy seem to not have any come back like this,is this a problem with this product? Each one happen within days of owning...Help! I really wanted to stay with the flip screen and touch,but not going to try a 4th.
