Recently purchased this fine Chromebook. The sleek styling is an added plus to the smooth operation of the device straight out of the box. I don't do heavy gaming, mainly emails, web browsing and videos so the 2 gigabyte RAM is working just fine for me. I was also delighted at how well the Kindle Cloud Reader gave me access to my Kindle library. I was able to format my books with the same ease that the Kindle Android App provides. I am very pleased with the Asus Flip.

Really satisfied with this product and would purchase again.

Im a college freshman and i just needed a computer to type all my papers, skype calls, print, play music, and internet access! This has all i need! this is basically a tablet but more to it. you can download apps on the computer through playstore but you can't download itunes or anything like those programs but i just have spotify for my music. it has bluetooth connection and works well with airprint. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! very good for its price.

This Chromebook is great to take anywhere and so easy and convenient to use on the go or at home.

Its easy to use with the touch screen but was not able to use it when we wanted to use the projector with it. the mini usb connector and another attachment to the projector made a delayed Viewing on the video.

I purchased this laptop for my dad. He mainly browses the internet. It is a great for the price.

This 2 in 1 does everything I hope it would do, and more! Now with the amazing addition of the Play Store availability, it makes it 100x more useful for me. Amazing product. However, I think Best buy made a small mistake with this product description. This product IS Energy Star certified! Thank you!

Love the design, but it is highly unreliable. Freezes up and resets without warning. Resetting all the settings and even a Powerwash have no effect. Such a disappointment, really wanted this one to work, I have other Asus products and they are top-notch. Going back tomorrow.

I'm slightly disappointed with the amount of apps/games available for Chromebooks. However, they were presents for my kids, ages 7 and 9, and they absolutely love them. They have worked great!

The computer, at first, is very nice and sleek. But the more you use it the more glitches it has and the more it messes up. It will "uncallibrate" at times. Which means you will tap on place but it will actually tap on the thing above or below it. It will open random tabs when you dont open them. It is okay for the price, but not meant for very complex things.

There are obviously better 2 in 1 options. This does everything you need it to do plus with the Chrome OS you'll enjoy the swipe style hot key.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. I bought it to install a Linux OS for cyber security. This laptop works great and is very protable. Would recommend

Warning: If you buy any ASUS product, in my case a higher end laptop, and it breaks (manufactures warranty or not) THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS COMPLETELY USELESS. Had repeated and various problems and sent back laptop (4) times, all refurbished and non-functional. After the fourth time, I was promised a new model, still in the litigation process, been a month now and they are trying to send me another refurbished same model. I work as a supervisor in State Government and will do everything in my limited power to use a different company for Government business. Best Buy was excellent, and fully understand that models break down, but was severely disappointed in the customer service from ASUS. Buyer be extremely cautious. I just lost 1200$ to ASUS and have nothing to show for it. I was always told how great of a company ASUS was and how great their components are but that is NO LONGER TRUE! They have not won any significant awards since 2013 (you can look that up) and are no longer this great company. I bought the computer 11 months ago and have not had the computer in my possession for 4 of those 11 months. Here is my story, if you want the details of what I went through: I bought an ASUS notebook (Republic of Gamers) in 12/2015.....it failed in April 2015 for a failed component in my charger, it fried my daughter board, sent into their repair center....3 weeks later got the same model back and fixed...it failed AGAIN in July 2015 with a failed Intel Graphics card.... sent back to repair center....ANOTHER 3 weeks later got the same computer back fixed......failed AGAIN in Aug. 2015, failed NVIDA graphics card....sent in to repair...3 weeks later got a refurbished same model replacement.....had that for 3 weeks then failed AGAIN when a component failed in my screen....sent back in to repair center...3 weeks later got MY 2ND REFURBISHED same model and it came BROKEN!! It didn’t even work when I got it. I sent that model in the repair center, got there 11/4, they mixed up my RMA number so I did not match my serial number, took a week to figure that you, I was promised by their top supervisors that with this many failed model I would be eligible for a new, upgraded different model replacement. Couldn’t get ahold of the supervisor I have been talking to, she was avoiding my phone calls. I got an email from the support center that they are offering me AGAIN, THE SAME MODEL REFURBISHED replacement for the 3rd time. If I was to reject this offer, and they choose not to offer me anything else, they said they are going to SEND BACK MY BROKEN COMPUTER and that would be it! The customer support said they actually have nothing to do with what replacement you would get. It’s all up to the repair center, and you cannot speak to the repair center, because, “it is not in their job description to talk to the public.” All this has happened while in the manufactures warranty. I bought the computer 11 months ago and have not had the computer in my possession for 4 of those 11 months. Once again, beware, if you decide to go with ASUS because you are risking hundreds or thousands of dollars (in my case).

This is the best tablet on the market. High tech, easy to understand. Highly recommended!

After three weeks, half of the touch screen quit working....one month later, the charger broke which is a asus only charger and not available locally. That took three weeks to get. Now keyboard keys are not working....DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The kids couldn't download minecraft and we couldn't download photoshop after we brought.It's a great laptop if you have wife 24/7 not good when your traveling.
