Epic Fail

Purchased a chromebook for school, worked great for 5 months then the screen was black. Took it in for repair and was told this is a common problem due to pressing the LCD screen BUT Asus would charge us $300 for the repair which is more than the chromebook. Total waste of $$.

Broke in 6 months

In August, some of the alphabetical keys stopped working. The issue seemed to resolve itself and we didn't worry over it at that time. Now it does it constantly and of course it's a couple of weeks just beyond the warranty. Half of the keyboard does not function. If you want something that lasts longer than a year, don't buy this one.

works great until dropped

This device is not made to last as it fell out of my hands and landed on the corner when closed, it shattered the corner of my screen and has a crack going down the screen. Don't buy without a case or you will be sorry.

no cord

There is no mention of this, nor cord suggestions to add onto the order next to suggestions to get a case or a mouse. Very odd. I don't even know which cord to order.

Yellowish screen, annoying clanky touchpad buttons

The screen is barely bright even on the highest setting, and on top of this the touchpad buttons are extremely clicky and obnoxious to press. Really Asus?
