We bought this for my Grandpa for Christmas and he loves it. It's the perfect size for him, it's easy for him to use, he likes it very much. Great battery life and the 2-in-1 feature is awesome!

2.5 years later , still the best ever. Fast, charge lasts all day, easy to use, never any problems. Will never go back to Windows.

Overall a very nice little laptop. The touch screen works well. Not completely used to the way chrome book works yet, but overall it's functioning very well. Happy I purchased it.

Was looking for simple & cheap laptop for daughter. She uses google chrome for school so wasn't afraid of not having Microsoft. And it's a bonus its laptop and a touch screen.

I bought this for my daughter (4th grade) to take to school as part of their BYOD. It's very thin and very light for her to carry around in her back pack. It's primarily used for her schools education sites and online learning both at school and at home. She seems to be able to navigate through it easily and has never complained about experiencing any problems. She loves having the ability to use the keyboard or flip it around and sit it up or use it as a tablet. I have never used it for my own use, only to access her grades online.

This laptop is so light and I fell in love with it. It is economical and portable. The only problem I had with this laptop is that everything runs on Internet so if you go somewhere where you do not have Internet then it will not work.

Love the pic resolution, battery life is ideal and great for my sons first chromebook !!!!!!

Actually does everything it claims! Not too big or too small..easy to carry and the touchscreen (so far) works great. Very happy with purchase

Was looking for something that was like a tablet but the features of a laptop. This was a perfect choice for me. It includes a touchscreen so I get my tablet and a keyboard for my email and word processing. Would definitely recommend.

My son attends a Vail charter school that requires chromebook sand this has been a lifesaver. He has a lot of articles to read for language arts and social studies and the way he can flip the screen up and over puts it in the perfect reading position for him to do so in a comfortable and efficient manner. It is light and compact so doesn't weigh down his backpack. I would highly recommend this product!

The Chromebook is perfect for my daughter who is 8. it is easy to use, asy to setup, it troubleshoots well and she can do most things alone after we download the apps.

This Google Chromebook is just the right size with a great clear screen. It runs fast and has been really good for my son who uses it for school. 2 GB memory was enough.

it works well for what we use it for, probably should have gotten something with more memory and probably just a laptop. not really using the touch screen too much.

The touch screen flip book I purchased for my wife is everything the reviews promised. It's fast, functional and the price couldn't be beat. All she needs are some external drives and she can have her own little work station!

I now have two Chromebooks and they are handy for email, internet, etc. This one is great because it is also a touch screen tablet.

So far computer has been great, compact size, light weight. Bought it for kids to do their homework and it's easy for them to use it

Meets the school requirements for use within the classroom. I use google doc for document creation which works well.

My daughter needed a Chromebook for 5th grade so a Bestbuy salesperson educated me a little bit about Chromebooks. I did some research on my own and I looked at quite a few Chromebooks before buying this one. This was a great value for a touch screen Chromebook that is easy set up and use right away. Me and my daughter are very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.
