Ring floodlight cam

We had tot week it a few times to get it exactly where we wanted the light to shine, but that wasn't a big issue. Most adjustments are made on the app.

It does work very well, in spite of my learning curve. I also have the RING video doorbell and Chime.

It sounds like there was some confusion surrounding how the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered by a hardwired connection to a standard 100V-240V AC power source, requiring existing outdoor wiring and a 4-inch round junction box for installation. Ring does offer battery-powered devices as well. We invite you to visit our support center to compare the different security camera options so you can find the best device to fit your needs.

Not a flaw with the camera, just in my perception of the distance. I am installing another, so that should cover the entire area better. It does work as advertised and I like the customization you can do with features/settings.

We recommend adding a Ring Chime Pro to your network. The Ring Chime Pro simply plugs into a wall outlet between your router and the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro to assist with the wifi signal strength to the device.

Excellent Camera - will buy more!

I have a good mix of powered and battery and when possible, go with the power. The clarity of the cameras is as good as any TV show.

That’s all I could hope for, so everything else is just a bonus. I went back online and bought two more within three days, I’m replacing all my traditional floodlights

Way more features on the pro than the plus which I definitely like. The only downside is it a tad slower to send alerts than the plus.

As with other ring products its easy to use and easier to install. The bird eye view is a great feature. The only reasons i have not given this 5 stars is with all the innovation put into this product it would make sense to have color led. Its in the back yard and would be great to change the color if when we have a party.
