After reading your review, it seems that you are having trouble with your Ring Floodlight Camera working as intended. If this is the case, we recommend power cycling the device. To power cycle, turn off power to the device for 30 seconds and then turn the power back in. Once this is done, your device should reboot and work as intended. Ring Floodlight Camera 3D view

It came with a Amazon echo Alex device which allows you to monitor the flood light camera with out using your cell. The camera shows clear videos. It allows you to feel a little safer knowing, you can monitor your home even, when you are away by using your cellphone. The light is not very bright. It has a yellowish tent , however your camera view is bright enough to see clear. The app is easy to navigate. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants to feel a little more secure being able to monitor outside of their home, while away.
