Great security camera for the house. Got a great price from Best Buy

Works great. I have two of these. You can also buy the flood light plug in mount which is easy to install. If you do not have a junction box just buy the mount. It’s easy to set up. Very bright light motion detection is excellent. Highly recommend.

Floodlight was extremely easy to install. It integrated well into the current Ring platform and provides full lighting for the front yard. I would buy Ring products as they are well developed.

Every step of the installation is thought throughout. From providing multiple screws types to connect the holding bracket to the electrical box and the strap and the hook to hang the camera li to the wall plate so the wires can be connected. I was really impressed. And then going through the setup was a breeze Thank you to the designers.

This is a very powerful floodlight that can be set up as a motion detector, among many other options. The Ring Doorbell can be programmed to turn on this floodlight. The options are many. I added a unique Ring Option: an electric cord conversion kit that converts it to a simple plug-in camera / light. This is an extremely versatile tool. I recommend it. Great quality 1080P Video.

I am happy with this camera. I ordered it in white and it looks good on the front of my house near my porch. My front yard consists of an acre and this camera picks up everything! The images are crisp. It was easy for me to set up with the ring app on my iPhone. I also own 2 stick-up outdoor cameras plus a doorbell camera, all made by Ring and I am pleased with them also. I have no negative comments to make about this camera, only positive ones. I am 85 years old and live alone. These cameras make me feel safer.

Incredible adjustable range and the light brightens the entire yard! Easy set up.

I already have 4 Nest outdoor cameras, but some of them lost wifi connection time to time. I would like to add one more Nest, but most of new version of Nest outdoor version has quite poor review; especially they have battery model only. So I switched to Ring. Good picture quality. Wider angle to cover. Good choice.

It works just like the commercial showed I can see who is in my driveway plus it has a great nighttime view Plus it lets people know that they are being recorded

Very nice camera and light. The light comes on at a quick gradual rate instead of instant on. This is better than a bright light shocking anyone walking to the door. The camera is very clear and records a wider area of approaching persons. Overall, a very good improvement.

These are great floodlight cameras. The pictures / recordings are clear and vivid. The cameras are easy to interact with. The setup was quick and pretty simple. These cameras were purchased to replace my previous 7 years old ring cameras. Rings camera are pretty dependable and durable.

So satisfied so far with this purchase so sensitive that even if my cat passes it alerts me.. it also has a clear view.. would definitely recommend

This was a nice upgrade from the previous version Ring Floodlight cam that started having issues after 3 years (was not regulating the floodlights properly and daytime video would have a blue or purple hue instead of clear). This is a GREAT camera if you are replacing a single floodlight unit outside. In my case, I deducted a star because my floodlight and coach lights are wired in the same circuit. The previous version allowed the positive to go in the camera and had a secondary positive out that would only turn on the coach lights whenever the floodlights would activate. With this new camera since its only one positive wire, my coach lights stay on during the day time. My only resolve would be to have an electrician rewire this. I kind of wish Ring would have split the positive like in the previous version I had. Still a nice camera and I like the extra features over the previous version.

Works perfectly. Installation was very easy with electrician--everyone seems to be very well-versed in this product. The APP makes using the surveillance camera very easy. Our neighborhood had seen a rash of attempted break-ins recently. Before we installed three surveillance cameras and doorbell, only our black labs kept an intruder from entering through our large dog door while we were at a restaurant. The flood light/motion detector had been damaged by the would-be intruder. Then we found out that a few nights later that someone tried to kick in the front door of our next-door neighbor while they sat in the dining room with 8 dinner guests, all visible to street. It was our other next-door neighbor who educated us on Ring, and happened to catch images of the possible intruders on his system. So, now all three neighbors are Ring homes. Lights shine immediately when there is movement. This, plus upgrading our other security systems, seems to give a sense of added protection.
