I moved down the street from my parents house and i can see their driveway from the view on this camera. The image is great as long as my wifi is strong otherwise it can be a bit grainy at times. I liked it so much i bought one for my parents.

Best Buy federal way branch customer service “Miles” was fantastic on helping me. He did above and beyond. I bought 2 floodlights cam wired pro, 4 spotlight cam pro plug in and 3(2pack)indoor cam. Still trying to install the rest. Very easy. Thanks a lot

After a scare a year or so ago, I've installed several ring devices around my home. This is the second one of the Ring Floodlight Cam that I purchased for another location. The flood lights are bright and camera clear. The added benefit to listen and speak through the camera is nice.

Doesn't always detect dog or cat. It does capture people. I like you can turn the light off at night and sitting outside. I like you can talk to people via the ring. Was very easy to install

I was expecting a greater improvement to the picture further away from the camera. The picture is still clear but at the edge by the street the quality appears to dissipate quickly once you get to the street past the sidewalk. I am just saying the HDR addition has not impressed me for the additional expenditure . . . Yet. Up close they are about the same.

I wanted to see if after it dries out what would happen. The fog went away and the color never came back. Now my grass is a violet color. I do like the cam just wish that it was a little more sealed so the weather would stay out.

As the weather gets colder, you may notice some condensation forming on your Ring camera lens. Rest assured this is normal for Ring devices. To remedy this, we recommend using an anti-fog product on the lens to prevent it from reappearing. While there's not a particular product we can recommend, some of our neighbors have found success using Rain-X products which should help with the condensation you're receiving from the cold weather.
