Great picture and spotlight works as advertised. I have 3 of these.

This is our 5th ring device that we purchase from Best Buy at Aberdeen Nc. We are well please with the product and service both at the store and the great installers.

Much better then the first one ring made. Light is more wide and covers more ground and it’s a lot brighter. Alarm sound is louder and you can hear much better when you’re talking through your phone. Something new Bird eye view is pretty cool.

This is the best Ring product I’ve ever purchased! It notifies you whenever the is motion and it lets you set up a perimeter for the area you want covered.

This sensor light and camera are good. Just what I needed to replace an old sensor light and add to my Ring security. It worked really well at first but then didn't seem to detect cars in the driveway only people. I played around with the settings and now get just motion alerts for people and cars. This is okay as long as I am getting alerts. The sensor light works independently from the camera. It is a bit more sensitive than I expected but that is okay. Just turns on a lot more than I expected for anything such as snow and rain.

This works great. I can see the entire backyard and the light is motion sensitive and works well too. I feel good about taking the dog out at night.

Really great purchase. It hasn’t had any troubles going off when something walks in front of it. The light bulbs work great! Love this item.

Very Easy to use and perfect camouflage in the dark lol. Very cool features, highly recommend. It's worth the price!

First one got some fog inside the lens. Took it back to best buy and they replaced with a new one. Super easy process

Once I got my electrical box mounted and wired, the install was very easy. Connected right to my wifi and account flawlessly. Looking to add 2 more.

As expected, this is a very high quality unit. It worked perfectly from the beginning. It was also remarkably easy to install.

I have one of the older models which works pretty well with some minor gripes, but I recently bought the new 2k video model, and Best Buy shipped me the old 1080 model. I’ve now returned it twice trying to get the 2k model that I paid for, but Best Buy keeps shipping me the old 1080 model. With regard to the old model that I’ve had for a while, the install and setup were fairly easy, the user interface on the app is not very friendly (eg you have to search for the options or actions you want because they are not located intuitively), the speaker is a bit garbled when talking through it to people outside, the motion detection feature misses some things even after adjusting it, the video on the 1080 model is a bit grainy, and I haven’t found the pro features to be very useful. I was hoping the new 2k model would have better video and fix some of these other things, but that remains to be seen since Best Buy keeps sending me the old model despite me buying the new one. Overall the Ring service and cameras are adequate.

Great quality. The Total Tech technician Zack and Sal were great with the setup and so knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and very helpful in setting up the app.

Better than what I expected, happy with the results.

We love our Ring Pro and All our Ring Cameras we have in the past. They're the Best. Have always protected our Home and All our personal items.

Excellent product! The system has provided the security I needed in my home, it covers the entire area I needed and notifies me quickly of any movement. I recommend it.

Works great, this product does everything I was told it would and could do by the salesperson. Thinking of adding more cameras in other areas of my property now.
