Never did, Never called. Rescheduled second time same thing, After waiting all day nobody showed or called. Finally the third time rescheduled gave the service mans name, time of delivery. Same thing no show no call. What ever happened to Bestbuy. Apparently not interested in their customers and promises of delivery. Had to cancell after a month and go else where.

It sounds like the Bird’s Eye View feature didn’t meet youre expectations. We wanted to share with you some of the key highlights of this feature. Bird's Eye View is a Ring camera feature that visually displays the path a detected visitor takes on an aerial map of your property using color-coded motion dots. This allows you to see their current location and their route, even if they move out of the camera's direct view.
Ring Community was launched to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our neighbors. This online forum is divided into four categories: Product Boards, Ring Updates, Tips and Tricks, and a Moderators’ Corner. Ring allows you to control the brightness and had the dusk/dawn feature that automatically turns on the flood lights.

My only complaint is that you need to have a really strong WiFi signal with all of their products. I would buy this product again.
