Rotate both the lights outward if you are mounting the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro on an eave or overhang. Install the plastic mounting plate by following these steps: 1. Pull gently from the opening of the plastic plate to free it from the fixture, then feed your power wires through the opening. 2. If you’re installing on a wall, the "UP" arrow should point up when your wires have been fed through the mounting plate. 3. If you’re installing under an eave, the arrow should point toward the wall.

After reading your review, it seems that you are having trouble with your Ring Floodlight Camera connecting to your wifi. If this is the case, we recommend power cycling the device. To power cycle, turn off power to the device for 30 seconds and then turn the power back in. Once this is done, your device should reboot and work as intended. Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area.

Ring doorbells and outdoor security cameras are water-resistant and designed to withstand normal rainfall and snow. Ring products are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or sprayed with high pressure water. If you can, it is recommended to keep your Ring device under a protective overhang such as a hanging roof.

Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your camera's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro has two 3000° Kelvin lights with an output of 2000 lumens and an in-app brightness adjustment slider. To adjust the brightness of your lights, please follow these steps in the Ring app: Open the Ring app. Tap the menu (☰). Tap Devices. Select the camera that you want to adjust. Select Device Settings. Select Light Settings. Select Light Brightness and adjust the slider to make the lights brighter or dimmer.
