Great picture but every once in a while it doesn’t record. I was out side shoveling my driveway for about a half hour and the camera didn’t record any part of it.

Camera already has moisture under lens. Only had installed for a few months.

Very pleased with the floodlight cam pro. Video is extremely clear both day and night. Very quick to pick up action. My camera is mounted on the back of my house under a patio roof facing the backyard. I tested the field of view by “sneaking” around the back corner of my house and the camera picked me up immediately with lights coming on and notifying me on the app. Only complaint was it was a little tricky to set up in app.

While it is always nice to have more resolution, this camera provides what it advertises, along with many useful features for setting coverage areas. It has adjustable sensitivity and has a setting that allows human motions to be detected, and these work well. With knowledge of electrical wiring and requirements (the NEC), it is also easy to install, even providing a little hanger to hold it while connecting wires and an adjustable installation tool. As a result, I receive occasional false alerts triggered by things like passing cars or animals. It would be great if Ring could fine-tune this aspect of the motion detection to minimize false alarms. Despite this minor issue, I still highly recommend the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro to anyone in need of a reliable outdoor surveillance camera. Its robust features, excellent video quality, and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment for enhancing security around your home.

I recently upgraded to this camera and its been a game changer. The slightest movement it detects...at night the light turns on alerting movement. Once installed nothing left to do but let it work. The camera is powerful and can zoom in to see the smallest items w/ detail.

The camera picks up nice detail and the pro setup is the way to go, fully customizable motion zones and wide angle FOV so you will always see whats going on. Great light I bought this for the front of my house because my house is on a dead end and its really dark at night and I own a 2 apartment house so the camera feature works great better then the door bell camera and when someone walks past the area you set up the light turns on and it starts recording I love this feature and its a very wide view and picture quality is great and it has night vision it is a bit pricey but well worth it !!

Great cameras in the automatic flood lights that you can also turn on from the ring app! There’s a siren you can also turn on and off in the app. The recordings are clear! You can set it for a continuous record or to record only events! Works with Tmobile home internet on continual record mode no lag! Very happy to choose these very happy to have total tech protect them while they protect my family!

Dead simple install. Kill the power and connect it an mount it if you already have a floodlight or something with power where you want to install it. If not you'll need to run wires or call an electrician. I love these. They look so clean and tigh t when they're up there especially compared to the older motion sensor lights we had at our house. The app makes setup and tweaking the settings incredibly easy. Wish they weren't sooooooo expensive but I like them and couldn't be happier. Glad we went with the pros instead of the plus.
