The Floodlight Cam Wired Pro is designed with customizable light settings to provide you with the ability to adjust the lights according to your needs. To adjust the brightness of your Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro, please follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Select the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro that you want to adjust.
Select "Device Settings."
Select "Light Settings."
Select "Light Brightness" and adjust the slider to make the lights brighter or dimmer.

My only con is that you can’t adjust the light sensitivity. Slide the bar to minimum, but light still comes on as if it’s on the maximum.

The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your Floodlight Cam's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro has two 3000° Kelvin lights with an output of 2000 lumens and an in-app brightness adjustment slider. We recommend adjusting your Motion Sensitivity in the Ring app to suit your needs. To adjust Motion Sensitivity for your Floodlight Cam:
Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
Tap your device's Settings.
Tap Motion Settings. Select from the list of available settings.
Adjust Motion Sensitivity: You can adjust the motion detection range of your Ring device using the Motion Sensitivity slider
We also recommend that you double-check your Light Sensitivity settings to ensure they cover the desired area
