I am thrilled with my Ring purchase. My son put it up for me. It works great and helps me feel safe! The young man who waited on me at Best Buy was very kind and patient. My children were very pleased with his recommmendation on what I needed to purchase. As a retired teacher, I give the whole process an A+.

We love our ring cameras, adding the flood light camera was a no brainer. Picture quality is amazing Cost is a bit high but I was able to roll rewards points in the bring it down some.

Works perfectly. Installation was very easy with electrician--everyone seems to be very well-versed in this product. The APP makes using the surveillance camera very easy. Our neighborhood had seen a rash of attempted break-ins recently. Before we installed three surveillance cameras and doorbell, only our black labs kept an intruder from entering through our large dog door while we were at a restaurant. The flood light/motion detector had been damaged by the would-be intruder. Then we found out that a few nights later that someone tried to kick in the front door of our next-door neighbor while they sat in the dining room with 8 dinner guests, all visible to street. It was our other next-door neighbor who educated us on Ring, and happened to catch images of the possible intruders on his system. So, now all three neighbors are Ring homes. Lights shine immediately when there is movement. This, plus upgrading our other security systems, seems to give a sense of added protection.

This is the best floodlight camera, hardwired so sensitivity settings can be super active, especially during overnight hours, pairs with doorbell- has siren, and can speak through it. It's ashame i decided to get this after my work vehicle was robbed for 1000's of dollars of tools. Feel much better now with this- clarity is great.

Works great, I was in Paris several weeks ago and could see everything going on at my house as clear as day. Very happy customer.

Easy to install and works great! We have had vandalism and theft in our area and this sends me alerts when someone steps onto my property. I can adjust it to keep nuisance alerts from cars passing by, etc.

Bought this camera for my front door area because my doorbell is in a awkward area… (so I couldn’t get the ring doorbell) removed my front porch light and added this very easy… completed in 10 min. Video sound and connectivity is great… 10/10 I would buy again.

Is a very good add to my house for Sicurity I can recommend it to anybody is a great product.

Easy instillation and the camera is very clear. There are different setting options to meet your needs. You can turn on the lights or the siren via app. The only thing I would change is that the lighting be more white vs how yellow it is. Other than that, it’s a great item.

Easy to install, the lighting and senor work great! The application is easy to use and the fee after the 30 day trial is very cost effective! The picture quality is awesome too! I totally recommend this product.

The newer version of the ring camera is great. I have the older version also but like the new improved technology.
