It sounds like the device is not performing as expected in regards to light setting. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your Floodlight Cam's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. If the light on your Ring Floodlight Cam Pro won't turn off, here are some troubleshooting steps to try:


* Try turning the light off manually within the Ring app. If it comes back on, examine the camera's view for anything that might be triggering motion detection.
* Verify that a Light Schedule isn't enabled in the app and causing the light to activate.
* Check the Device Health section of your Ring app to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI.
* Reboot your Ring Floodlight Cam Pro from the Ring app by tapping "Reboot This Device" from the Device Health page.

The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro was designed to activate based on your specific needs. We can definitely assist you with this today to ensure your Ring device is performing optimally, and the proper settings are chosen within the Ring app.

It sounds like your device is not operating as intended in regards to the lights activating. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your Floodlight Cam's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro has two 3000° Kelvin lights with an output of 2000 lumens and an in-app brightness adjustment slider. We recommend adjusting your Motion Sensitivity in the Ring app to suit your needs. To adjust Motion Sensitivity for your Floodlight Cam:

Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
Tap your device's Settings.
Tap Motion Settings. Select from the list of available settings.
Adjust Motion Sensitivity: You can adjust the motion detection range of your Ring device using the Motion Sensitivity slider

We also recommend that you double-check your Light Sensitivity settings to ensure they cover the desired area
