Great investment

You can turn the light on and keep it on. It's also very helpful for tracking the racoon that has been going through our yard and getting into our attic. We were able to get a little more insight into what he's up to and will hopefully be able to trap and relocate him soon.

The audio is great, once again though, Ring charges more for upgraded video and to me the quality is the same as the plus. I wish the floodlights were a daylight color instead of warm white. I am still happy with the purchase. Install was pretty easy.

I'd recommend to have all the same colored cameras if possible and all the same brand to not have so many different apps for different brands of camera

As a longtime user of Ring products I went ahead and purchased this device from Best Buy. Everything went smoothly and installation was simple and straightforward.

Only problem is that one set of lights keeps coming on during the when there is no motion, and as soon as it goes off, it immediately comes on again. Apparently our WIFI strength is not enough to get full WIFI connection for this particular set of lights/camera. The installer had no ideas of what we might do to boost since we do not have fiber, so WIFI download speed is slow. Otherwise, the camera images are great and the devices work as we had hoped.

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We are here to provide you with some information to resolve the connection issue you mentioned in your review.
It sounds like the device is not operating as intended. Ring devices require high-speed internet to bring you crisp, clear video and audio. Poor network connectivity can affect the performance of your Ring device. Identify and troubleshoot what is causing connectivity issues for Ring devices to give you the best possible video and audio experience.
To determine whether or not the problem is caused by poor upload speed, run a speed test to determine if your network can support Ring devices. Ring devices with 1080p video require at least 1 Mbps upload and download speeds, though 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance. In addition to ensuring that you have sufficient wifi speeds, you will also want to check the signal strength of your device. A poor wifi signal can cause connectivity with your Ring device to be unreliable. Check the Device Health section of your Ring application to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI.

This is the second device that I purchased. I feel secure at home now.

Not 100% sure if its worth the extra $100 versus the prior Pro version, but I'm happy with it. Lighting, install, quality, and features slightly better. I have it installed about 16 feet high, after a few adjustments (3D tracking feature needs improvement) it captures my whole backyard. Have it connected to capture video when a linked spotlight is activated, which is pretty cool.
