The Ring Floodlight Camera was intended to provide you with peace of mind in your home security, so you can rely on consistent alerts 24/7. Rest assured, we are here to provide you with a solution to your concern.

After reading your review, it seems that you are having trouble with your Ring Floodlight Camera working as intended. If this is the case, we recommend power cycling the device. To power cycle, turn off power to the device for 30 seconds and then turn the power back in. Once this is done, your device should reboot and work as intended.
