The way the front door is I could never see anyone in my driveway so this is a big help. Love that you can hear and talk over it also but the locusts at this time of year can be deafening.

A win/win

We replaced our original Ring Floodlight Cam, and the coverage difference is amazing, and the picture quality is far better than the original! Uncertain why it mounts better in the same place as the original (if you're considering buying a camera, compare the dimensions), but it does set better, and we're extremely pleased.

My house is new construction. It’s not on a map yet. Birds Eye just sees trees in my case. Not helpful. Tech itself is excellent and it’s easy to install.

We are happy to provide you with more information regarding the Bird's Eye View concern that you mentioned in your review. When choosing the location of your device, mark it as accurately as possible by dragging the device icon into place. On the split screen with the camera view and device, move the slider to the left or right until the camera view matches the direction of the device If a motion isn't detected by both views, the motion will be ignored to ensure you only get notified about specific areas of interest.
To use Bird's Eye Zones and get the best results, follow these steps:
In the Ring app, toggle Use Bird's Eye Zones on, then edit your zones (see steps below)
Customize both your Bird's Eye Zones and your Camera Motion Zones. This will help you get more precise alerts by monitoring only the important areas in both the radar and camera's field of view, while ignoring motion that occurs elsewhere outside your home.
To respect your neighbors' privacy, keep your Bird's Eye Zones within your property line. Always use Privacy Zones if a neighbor's property appears in your camera's field of view. With Privacy Zones enabled, the Ring app won't display anything in your Privacy Zones when using Live View, and Privacy Zones won't be video recorded.

Excellent Spotlight Security Camera!

Got several units and my contractor installed them in replacement of old spotlights. We now have access to live view of various perimeters of the property where the device is placed via the Ring app on our phones. Wifi and Ring app setup was easy and quick.

I had to call them to find out that they busy helping other people at the time that I was scheduled for. I wasted my whole day off from work waiting for nothing. When I went to get my money back for the no call no , no show. , they told me they mailed it in the form of a check when I paid by cach. It took about two weeks to get the check . I was so disappointed that I just returned everything . So I can’t say if the camera was good or bad unfortunately. But I will never use Geek squad again thank you .

You need security for yor house this ring product is awesome. You can replace your old motion sensor light with this ring wired pro camera.

We really like it. Love the new SOS feature where you can push a button and they notify the police for you! Would by again
