It sounds like there was some confusion surrounding how the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered by a hardwired connection to a standard 100V-240V AC power source, requiring existing outdoor wiring and a 4-inch round junction box for installation. The Floodlight Cam Wired Pro is designed with customizable light settings to provide you with the ability to adjust the lights according to your needs. To adjust the brightness of your Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro, please follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Select the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro that you want to adjust.
Select "Device Settings."
Select "Light Settings."
Select "Light Brightness" and adjust the slider to make the lights brighter or dimmer.

It works great and provides very good light for the cameras. I'm even able to talk to the people while they are in the room with the microphone.

Camera picture is great , only wish the led lights were a brighter white. Also wish BestBuy would have had an option to choose wether you want the free gift or not.
