    Goes offline in anything below 20f. Has been a headache since new. I have 10 ring devices and the outdoor wired units go offline in the winter frequently.

Without this service, you will still receive real-time video alerts on your smartphone and have access to the live view feature.

    Terrible! I’ve had so much trouble connecting to the internet. I tried rebooting, disconnecting, connecting and it never pairs. It worked for like 2 weeks and I can never get it back to connecting after a power outage.

      We understand the importance of having a seamless setup experience and how it can be concerning to see that the Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro will not set up accordingly. Rest assured, that it is a top priority for us to get this working for you.

      DIY installation of your Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro is intended to be a relatively easy process. However, as the Floodlight Cam Wired Pro requires a junction box as well as wiring up live wires, it's recommended you hire a licensed electrician to install the Floodlight Cam. The Ring Floodlight Cam should be connected to a 100 VAC~240 VAC 50/60 Hz power source.
