Not Happy Customer

Not a Disc inside. Only a code

I assumed (my fault!) that there was a disc in the packaging. I can purchase any game with a code online and not have to be bothered with shipping or boxes etc. Please help me understand why I needed to purchase this and pick it up at your location. thx
